Even after helping me with directions (which I'm sure was a bit annoying) he told me to call back if I get lost again. Which made me feel as though, they are truly there to help. I finally get there, and I am immediately greeted, kindly. They take my car in promptly and begin their work. Bill was very pleasant as well, honest, kind and patient.
