I own a Classic last year Cadillac Eldorado that needed a replacement hood painted. I was told the…read morepainter had 30 years in paint. When I got a call that my car was ready, to my surprise, the repainted hood was loaded with dirt that had been painted over. Instead of removing the front grill, it was covered over leaving a heavy break line. Worse than the incompetent painter, no one including the paint Manager found this to be a problem. I rejected it of course and informed them, that I expected better, to take their time and get it right. Weeks later I once again got a call to pickup my car. This time there were craters and dirt . Angrily I pointed this out to the person there, pointing out the issues. He said he would inform the paint manager Dan. A one Star because the painter did manage to get the paint on the hood. Finally I was abled to get my car out of that hell hole. The paint wasn't perfect, but it would only get worse with repeated repairs. Avoid this place if you care about your vehicle. Can you imagine a Paint Shop that would paint over a sanded Hood and not blow and tack off, as well as an alcohol rag wipe before painting and then get by the Body shop manager .

After quite some time the worker told my wife and I," that it looks like a polish job, and it was on the house "!!! I explained to him, we don't work that way and monies would be paid accordingly. Mr. James came back at the request of his worker as the job was not going well as planned. I was told it would be complete per our agreement. After the worker had left, Mr.Andrew James called an asked how it looked. I told him it was shiny, but the oxidation still remained. He demanded i pay for a complete job. I offered $150.00 for a polish job. Not good enough, Mr. James demanded the monies in full. Being the bigger person i paid in full, with hopes Mr.Andrew James, would invest the money for more training and education on oxidation removal. Its not the $ 302.50 but the principle !!
