Absolutely beyond BLOWN AWAY by Rollin Tide and the ladies who made my dream wedding so magical!!! From the day I booked them for my wedding, till the end of the party, these girls communicated with me multiple times to make sure I was confident in the event set up and they exceeded any expectations I had. I am so thankful for Rollin Tide for making the most important day of our lives so special. Hospitality is an understatement. I would recommend Rollin Tide to anyone looking for an amazing boil experience. There is truly no words to explain how incredible of a job this crew did. I wish I had more pics because the amount of work and effort this crew did to prepare and make this such a memorable experience was above and beyond. They didn't just show up, they showed up full force and ensured every detail was covered. Thank y'all from the bottoms of our hearts for playing such a big role in our special day!

OMG. This was the best. If you want to do something unique to add onto the paradise that we already live in... this is it!

What a unique fun time! The food was great. The atmosphere! We played our own music and had a great bonfire. The buckets, shovels and flashlights for the kids to catch crabs is genius. We were a party of two families, and this made our beach getaway very special.

Rollin Tide Boil Co did a fantastic job of serving our party of 10 dinner with a bonfire & fire dancer!!!! It was my Dad's 74th birthday and we wanted to do something different without too much hassle. RTBC allowed me to order the meal & services online the night before, they had everything set up & ready to go when we arrived. Food was excellent!! The kids enjoyed the s'mores & key lime pie. Having the campfire gave us time to enjoy the beach too. They had tunes playing and ambiance was perfect! We ordered a fire dancer sort of as a joke for Dad but boy did she prove to NOT be a joke! She was excellent and really made the night!! While it was our own private party, she definitely drew a crowd. I can't thank Shawn & Cassidy enough, you made it trip so special. It was enjoyed by both the kids & the adults!! Thank you, we will be repeat customers!!

Shawn and Jessica took great care of us for my husband Matt's birthday Matti Gras party!! The set up on the beach at Port A was perfect, and so relaxing with the sound of the waves in the background and crackle of the bon fire! The food was outstanding and we would definitely recommend adding crab legs to your menu! They were amazing. The Smores really finished off the meal perfectly as well. From beginning to end, Shawn was perfectly attentive, but still gave us the space to enjoy our guests! I highly recommend Rolling Tide for a fun event and will use them again in a heartbeat if given the opportunity!!

    About to tear it up!

Ask the Community - Rollin' Tide Boil

How much does this cost for a family of about 12 or 13?

The fee depends on the number of people and if you add in extras. There are several things you can add to your party like snow crabs, extra shrimp, guitar player, even a fire dancer. I don't know what others view as pricey but I felt the fee was…

We needed to hit the grocery store for a few supplies and wanted to eat seafood somewhere. I remembered eating at this restaurant years ago, but after talking to our lovely waitress, Tammy, I learned that this was a different building. They moved when the CVS came to town and wanted to build on the former location. To be honest, this is a much more comfortable venue. The old one, with its stairs winding around the edge of the dome, felt a bit like a firetrap. The food here is wonderful. I have never been disappointed. This time, they had a special with red fish topped with tomatoes, shrimp, mushrooms, and a delicious "made to order" blue cheese sauce over angel hair pasta. It came with either a side salad or a bowl of gumbo. My son and I both opted for the special with the gumbo, although his fish was grilled, and mine was blackened. The gumbo was packed with strong flavors of sausage, ham, and shrimp. The seasoning was perfect. We both loved it. As for the redfish special... I want the recipe for that sauce! It was so so good. My son, who hates mushrooms, even ate the huge slices of portabella. I asked him why and he said, "The sauce makes them taste great!" We tried each other's fish and totally disagreed on which is best. But, as the more experienced eater, I think I won with the blackened. My wife had a grilled chicken sandwich. She does not like any seafood except canned tuna cooked into a casserole- not even a tuna sandwich. She said the fries and the bun were amazing. The chicken was a grilled chicken breast. Not much more you can say about that. Our table was on the outer edge by the windows. I got to watch the birds in a mini wetland during the meal. It was the perfect place for this old Texas Master Naturalist. We will eat here at least one more time with the whole family. It is quiet and not too crowded in the early afternoon, which is perfect for the baby.

The bar atmosphere is so welcoming, and the entire ambiance is upscale, classy, and relaxed. The food here is simply next-level. We had: Garlic & Rosemary Focaccia: Do not skip this! It comes served with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and Italian seasoning, absolutely outstanding. Rosemary Chicken: Tender, cooked to absolute perfection, and coated in a divine lemon butter sauce. Paired with garlic mashed potatoes and fresh broccolini, it is a total home run. Chicken Strips & Fries (Kids Meal): Calling this a "kids meal" doesn't do it justice. These are far from ordinary chicken tenders, they are unbelievably flavorful, tender, and moist on the inside with the crispest, perfectly seasoned outer breading. Warm Bread Pudding: Save room for dessert! This was hands-down incredible and the perfect sweet ending to the night. Nothing else we've had even comes close. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between coastal charm and an upscale dining experience, and the menu offers something for everyone without feeling overwhelming. What truly separates this place is the quality of the seafood. Knowing the fish is caught locally and often goes from the boat to the kitchen the very next day--and then to your table--is something you can genuinely taste. The food we ordered was not even warm. I am not the one to ask for a free meal I just take it as a bad experience and move on. I did give the waitress my feedback and let her know about the disappointment. It would have been nice for the waitress to mention it to the manager and them come and address the issue.
