I kindly tell them to please not hang up on me, but it's been three years since my mom and I were hit head on in a collision everyone I just mention they have an attorney, there's been a settlement already. Then they always every time just hang up on me and it's so very very rude. cruel. my mom has passed away from complications of injuries & they do not even care. Cruel, Bad business practices & no empathy. All they want MONEY, there is no caring EVER. I just want them to please leave me alone, I have begged them to stop calling. Requested to be on the do not call list but still, despite all of that, they just hang up on me. The beginning of the calls I act like they really want to help you. No, they don't, they just want to help themselves to get money from my accident. Ruthless.
