If I could give this business a zero star, I would. Absolute waste of my time and money. My recommendation is to stay as far away from this company as possible! They are horrible at fabricating granite, which is odd....because that's supposed to be what they do! Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else, but make sure they keep their granite indoors. People who leave their stone outside don't know what they're doing! read more

I had a terrible experience with them. They would commit to an install schedule, then get delayed and be a no-show. Meanwhile, I had other contractors and plumbers scheduled. This happened 3 times and my work was not extensive. They also installed a defective kitchen sink which they would replace but not pay for additional plumbing. They misdrilled both soap dispensers in bathrooms. They made it work by grinding down the sinks. One hole is chipped on the surface. Their workers were very arrogant and disrespectful regarding the treatment of my home. They did not protect my new flooring, they did not clean up much after their work. The only positive I have is their prices are very low. read more

We have been in our newly built home a month now, and the granite (fantasy brown) is one of highlights of the place. We were able to select our slabs and were treated very professionally by the staff. Used it in our kitchen and bathrooms. No regrets and no complaints. read more

I had a great experience with Rolling Stone Granite. Worked mostly with Jessica, but yard workers, template guys and installers were all very polite and professional. Everything from picking out slabs to the final install went well. In fact we got our install moved up which was great during the holidays. They did everything that they said they would do. My boyfriend just bought a condo in Florida and we were referred to Rolling Stone granite even though I had another company in mind based off of Tripadvisor but we went with the referral. My boyfriend went into the store with a drawing (he is a kitchen contractor), and they were supposed to come out and template it, they set up the appointment for the following Tuesday but said they would call Monday to confirm, we never got a call so I called them and talked to her, I believe her name was Judy, she confirmed they would be out in the morning but that they would call 30 to 40 minutes out, I said perfect we were looking forward to them coming the following day, that was on December 28th! It is now January 4 and we still have not gotten a phone call and they still haven't shown up, unbelievable! What kind of company are you that set up an appointment and just don't show up, we were only down there for a limited time, we plan on moving down there sometime in the future and moving our company down there it's too bad because if you would've called and showed up and have done a great job we probably could've gotten you a lot of work, I still can't believe they just didn't call or show up, very very unprofessional! So obviously I do not recommend them, what a complete waste of time! read more

They were on time and got the job done very quickly and neatly which was great because we have a very busy business. The servicemen were polite and very courteous. I am building a new home in Port Charlotte, and my builder uses Rolling Stone Granite as their countertop vendor. As far as I can tell, they have done a very good job installing the quartz countertops in the house. We haven't closed on the house yet, so not sure what we may find after we move in. However, I am very disappointed in the way I was treated with an individual transaction not directly connected with the builder and the countertops. I have a small art niche off the entry hall of my home, and I wanted to have a small piece of quartz cut for the ledge that would match the counters. We're talking a small piece of scrap quartz about 32"x2.5"x 1" and polished on one side. I realize this is a tiny job and inconsequential to the employees there, however they made a lot of money off the countertops in my house. After waiting a month I decided to call and see what happened to the order. It was ready...and it would be $150....REALLY! OMG! That's outrageous! I asked Jessica why it was so expensive. She said they had a minimum...blah...blah...blah. I told her that I just couldn't believe it would have been more that about $75. Someone who knows what they are doing probably spent about 15 minutes on it. She paused and then said, OK...we'll take $75 for it. Can you say price gouging??? I think I will let Rolling Stone Granite keep their expensive piece of scrap quartz. You can guess what I'm thinking they should also do with it. If you are considering this company for your countertops, you should definitely shop around to get the best price. Not sure it will be with them. read more

I had a coupon from the Clipper Magazine for 50 sq ft of granite for my kitchen. I went to the business and they showed me the granite that was used with the coupon. I picked it out and scheduled a measuring. Some one came and measured for the countertop. They emailed the quote and it was nothing like the coupon. I called them to send me the quote like the coupon and they said they would and I never heard anything. I purchased my granite for less than the coupon and excellent customer service. It is horrible that a customer would be treated the way they treated me. No one I know will ever go there and I have many friends. read more
