Ok so i just sat down, and i was debating if i should stay. Im trying to get pass the smell. You know that smell when you mop with bleach, it ends up smelling like wet dog, or very wet wood. Its not a good smell. But i did order, so i have to stay. Ordered Teriyaki salad and a Teriyaki bowl. Salad looks good and my sister loved it. I had the chicken Teriyaki bowl wih vegis. I love how they diced the chicken. It was not bad. Service was excellent. Thank you Jesus

Rolls & Bowls is just off the beaten path on the east end of the San Luis, Arizona city limits. The small but quaint sushi restaurant is locally known for its diversity. Sushi Chef Abraham Andrade is known for fusing Japanese dishes with Mexican traditions. As always the staff is genuinely happy to see you and very pleasant to talk to. The restaurant is clean and cozy with Japanese-inspired art on the walls. They have some tables inside but there's also a spacious patio area where they have music depending on the night that you go. My go-to dish is the Bento Bowl which comes with a roll, teriyaki, a salad, and spring rolls. Now, the food is absolutely amazing. But, the hidden gem is their drinks, these aren't your ordinary cocktails. Chef Andrade has also put his touches on these drinks. The mojitos are unique but his masterpiece has to be his chelada. This thing is insane in appearance, the rim has chamoy and tajin, and at the crown of the drink is a poker with olives, a pepper, and candied grasshoppers. You heard right, Just like they do in bars in Mexico. The drink itself has a shot of Patron which gives it a little kick. Overall the drinks alone merit the drive, the food is just icing.

This is a picture of the worker I saw slacking off with the other workers, I was fuming.

IT WAS HORRIBLE, I asked for a order of egg rolls, after I said that the waiter lifted up his shirt and showed his belly rolls and laughed. I was absolutely disgusted and violated. He picked his butt and then continued to not use gloves or wash his hands to baggage my food. He bagged my soup without a lid it spilled EVERYWHERE. I had a mental breakdown in the parking lot, then I looked over to find a homeless person using dirty water to wash my car, i had ENOUGH!!! I went inside to complain about my whole entire experience, then the man who baggaged my soup without a lid said to me and I quote "I am very sorry, won't happen again" while laughing and giving his coworker stupid looks, I was fuming. Then 40 whole minutes passed and they were just talking. I just opened up the cash register and took my money, then I went out side and kicked the homeless man's bucket, and went home. 0/10 I feel violated and like I was shaved 10 years off my life span.

May I say that this establishment is one that if you don't live in San Luis Arizona, or travel through the area to the border, yoi may not run accross this venue. However, may I say that I was impressed with the depth of the menu and focus on quality ingedients. You need to check them out on-line if rolling through. I met Chef Abraham and he is pretty health directed as well. It is not a large establishnent, but they look like they crank out some serious chow. Alcohol is served here, so yoi can get blasted, stagger across the boarder, and get your teeth done. Or, get your favorite booze or trink to bring home. I did not expect a sushi place here but glad they are around. Sushi is a must periodically. Especially with s few Saki Bombers and an Uber or Lyft to roll home in. #irishcatv2

Great place for some sushi, busy from called orders. must try out the Shrimp Teriyaki Bowl, don't pass out on it; it's a must try. The Shrimp Spicy Roll (breaded) is a mouth drooling meal.

First time at Rolls and Bowls, really friendly staff. I had the dragon roll and it was delicious. Portions were great

The restaurant was busy, but our waiter was very attentive throughout our visit. I was able to substitute the fried shrimp in my bento box for egg rolls without any issues. The bento box also included breaded zucchini and a carrot slice. As our meals were being served, the carrot slice accidentally fell onto the table. Our waiter immediately apologized and brought me a replacement. The food was flavorful, fresh, and served in generous portions--we even had leftovers to take home. Before leaving, we stopped by the store and picked up a few desserts to enjoy later. The restrooms were clean, the dining room was comfortable without being overly cold, and the large screens throughout the restaurant made it a great place to catch a game while dining. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning to try more dishes from the menu.

Large serving! But reminded me of instant ramen, coincidentally a Korean mini-market shares the property. Broth and toppings were tasty but the noodles felt underpar compared to a ramen shop. -Dinner Bento Box (Beef Bulgogi). Standard bento box. Bulgogi had broccoli in it. Eggroll felt like it was frozen due to the doughy inside. -Sushi roll that I forgot what we ordered but it was good. -Sauces were available and variety of choices for your taste. -Overall a good experience. Recommend removing "Japanese food" from advertizements and keep it as Korean. I think the word Gozen is Japanese. I would like to return for: -The large Korean food options -The flavor and quality of the sashimi -But not for the ramen
