I guess they thought people wouldn't get a couple different quotes, or they bank on it. The had no issue collecting the $85 service charge though for coming out. What they did not tell me that they were only electric heating contractors. So after paying $12,000.00 for installation I now pay an electric bill of $1000.00 a month in the winter. They walked by a brand new gas system in my home..disengaged a second gas heating 50 feet away and installed a unit that is costing me a thousand dollars a month. Not one of the employees ...installers. or project estimators...addressed what a poor and unkind decision this was. Now I have to redo my heating system...sell my house...unable to retire .
