I was emailed a receipt immediately from his phone while he was in my house, so I assumed everything was above board. Sent two emails with the last one asking for my money back, still haven't heard anything. Notice the owner of the company responded on here once a few years back and that someone had a similar problem just last year, including a technician asking for half the payment upfront. I tried to be patient and was willing to hear them out as to what could cause a delay but I can't do that with zero information, so I decided to share my experience publicly. I would never choose this company for oil if I were you. They tell you one thing in person that needs to be done, but then lie on paper and say something different. We have had six guys here, all saying something different, causing a hassle of a mess. Then today, I spoke to Tammy; she was so rude! She didn't care that I had the tech conversation with me on our Ring cam that proves what I'm saying: "I get what you're saying, but it's not what he put on the paper!" I said, "So how come every time a tech comes out here, they lie about what they told me, seeing as it's happened each time?" Her reply was, "I don't know! I'll have to have a talk with them when they come in." I said, "Well, it's getting cold; we have barely any oil and don't want to put oil into the tank, seeing as he told me it would Contaminate it an not work properly! She didn't care, so I went, "Maybe I should have another company come out and look at the tank." She went, "You should, because we no longer want to work with you, and I'll let community action know. I'll email them." I said, "Okay, that's fine," then hung up! They are nothing but rude and never write down what they do on these service calls! I'd stay away! You guys are the worst oil company and so rude. Tammy is beyond rude and makes no sense. Seeing Tammy said it goes by what they wrote, not what they say in person, even though it's on my Ring camera. But we already found a new amazing oil company that doesn't play games and is honest and respectful, unlike your company. Tammy needs a new job, not to tell me she can't go off what I said, even though it happened in front of my Ring camera. None of your techs write accurate notes. So I will let everyone I know to never use your company unless they enjoy rude customer service where you get yelled at! So no need to reply to my updated review, seeing you wasted my family's time with all the lies and no respect! THEIR RESPONSE IS LIES. THEIR TECH LIES! THEY ARE A HORRIBLE COMPANY! THEY TREAT YOU WITH DISRESPECT! I'D REPORT THEM TO THE BBB IF I WERE YOU, OR TO THE STATE! I CAN LAUGH BECAUSE I NEVER MENTIONED COMMITTING FRAUD; I JUST WENT OFF A CONVO WITH THEIR TECH. BUT TAMMY HAS AN ATTITUDE AND WAS SO RUDE. SHE MESSAGES COMMUNITY ACTION TO TELL THEM YOU GUYS NO LONGER WANTED TO WORK WITH US. MATT CALLED TO ASK ME ABOUT IT YESTERDAY! I TOLD HIM HOW RUDE AND EVERYTHING TAMMY WAS TO ME! AND TOLD HIM WE FOUND A NEW COMPANY WHO DOESN'T LIE AND IS HONEST AND KEEPS TRACK OF NOTES! STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THE OWNER IS A JOKE WHO DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOU AND WHAT HAPPENED. LIKE I SAID, RUN AWAY!
