That's F up. They said to call maybe they can do something about it if we an emergency, so we don't lose our credit. About to leave but car died, I called and ask if I could get my credit but they said only medical emergency....my car died, how do u expect me to go. Now I lost the class due to 5 minutes late, I literally rush from work to get there from 30 minutes driving. They just gave it to someone else, gave me credit but wasted my time and plan. Not worth it...I took so many classes from different places, dance, exercise etc they always nice about it and understand.

The sweat foundations class was HARD (in a great way!)...their classes are 30 min, but they are designed to be so efficient and high intensity that you burn a ton of calories and get a great sweat in. This is a full body workout - combo of cardio and working out various muscle groups. SWEAT class is on a versaclimber, while SCULPT class is a modern Pilates reformer. Through out the years, I have always wondered if I was doing the exercises correctly or what other challenges there were to Pilates. I am so glad I found Allure Pilates. Tygrhe challenges me every session and I leave there feeling invigorated and stress relieved. The home studio is calming and the reformers (equipment) are fantastic. Tygrhe always asks how I am feeling when I arrive and honestly, I think she plans the sessions based on my answers. If you haven't tried Pilates, I suggest you try it with Allure Pilates.
