I didn't hear anything from him so I texted him and asked him if he could stop by today, Wednesday, to look at the job we were looking to have done. It is a big job. He texted back and said okay great what's address. I sent him the address and he was a no show. He didn't bother to contact me back the rest of Wednesday or Thursday. I figured he got busy so I texted him on Friday the 24th and asked again if he was going to come and look at the job. He texted back saying he got delayed and he could come by the next day, Saturday. I asked if 1000AM was good. He texted back 1:00PM would be better. I said Ok. It is now 4:50PM and I haven't heard a word from him. I will not be using this company's services if that is their attitude towards potential customers.

We hired Tim Hayes to take down a structurally unsound chimney and replace a damaged concrete deck around the pool of a house we had just bought in Rehoboth. We kept adding to the scope of work the entire project and the job also got more involved as problems revealed themselves which required drainage, masonry repair, carpentry repair, swimming pool repairs, etc. At the end of it all, what we ended up with was a stamped concrete deck with a random stone pattern and each piece individually stained. Tim and his crew did a fantastic job. Everyone who comes over remarks on how beautiful it turned out. Tim is not only an excellent craftsman, he is truly an artist.
