With that said, here is Billionaires LA... We hired Billionaires LA for our sons first birthday party and were super excited to have them come out. They had us go to their Tarzana kitchen and taste their food (most of which was good, admittedly.) We were impressed enough to hire them and the owner did the typical spill about how he was not making money off our event and his mission was to build his name. Our party was scheduled to start at 12:30 and our contract with the company stated they would be at the park and fully set up by that time. Not only did they show up at 12:45, but by the owners own admission, it took them 30-45 min to plate just the initial appetizers and they left our guests hungry until almost 1:30. On to the meat that was to be provided. Everything tasted fine but we were completely oversold on how much would be provided. We were contracted for 50 guests and typically catering companies have a little more on hand. By the chefs own admission we were undersupplied skewers of the kabob that was on order. I won't get into specific numbers, but lets just say it was a good number short. We contacted the owner and were simply livid about what had happened. Leading up to the event we clarified with him over and over what was to be provided and he assured us everything would go off without a hitch. He spent a good amount of time bragging about how he throws big parties for Persian celebrities, yet he could not handle a 50 guest birthday party? Weak. Telling us it was raining (the park was in the pacific palisades, there was a marine layer...and everything was dry) and coming up with all sorts of excuses that just simply weren't true, the owner could simply not own up to the fact that he messed up. Period. The worst part of all this was he was able to lure us into paying for his services via cash by telling us that on top of our agreed upon contract price, he would have to charge a 13% fee if we paid by credit card. Looking back on it, that 13% would have been worth it because I would have immediately called to file a hold on the payment to this company. On top of that, the final receipt provided by this company, was a handwritten note on a random piece of paper...seriously, check out the photo. Be weary of using them and make sure you get exactly what you are contracted for. Or better yet, keep looking around for someone who isn't out to take your money. We have a lot of friends and family, not to mention well heeled clients, that throw big parties on a consistent basis and we will definitely make sure people are aware of what happened here and steer clear. Sorry Billionaires LA, mission failed.

As they kept bringing in all the rentals I was getting more and more excited as every piece was beautiful and added an elegant touch. For my husband's birthday dinner, we started with the hamachi crudo which seamlessly melts in your mouth, followed by The Little Gems Salad which was bursting with so much flavor, then we had filet mignon and shrimp scampi and a few of my guests agreed was the best steak they've ever had, then we ended with a peach crostini and ice cream for dessert which was perfection on a hot summer day! This dinner was EXCEPTIONAL and left my guests with a lasting impression. I was so satisfied with our dining experience that I decided to hire Becky again a few weeks later for my husband and I's wedding anniversary! This time she started our night with a delicious gin and gingerbeer cocktail. Spoiler alert: it was so good, we had a few rounds!! For dinner we had tuna sashimi which was so delicate and had a rich oily flavor, French red oak lettuces salad which was one of the best salads I've ever had, pasta carbonara which was perfectly creamy and delicious, the Snapper filet which was light, crispy, and incredibly flavorful! Lastly, we ended with strawberry shortcake with rose geranium whipped cream and Becky mentioned to us that she grows the geranium herself in her garden. What a treat! It was a lovely dessert and the perfect ending to our night. I can't say enough great things about Becky! She is truly talented and a master of her art. My husband and I have eaten at countless 5 star Michelin restaurants and it doesn't even come close to Becky's immaculate cuisine and the experience she provides. I'm already dreaming of the next time we can have her back again. Do yourself a favor and hire her for an unforgettable dining experience. And be ready to be blown away just like we were each time!!
