First pizza review of 2025!!! We ordered the Chicken wings with the Korean BBQ sauce...the wings were nice and crispy, like we like, however they just poured the sauce on instead of tossing them...not much of a detractor for the place just makes it a little disappointing, cause one wing will be covered and then one will have hardly any at all...but they were all delicious, nonetheless... The place is touted to be a "Chicago" pizzeria ....and they had lots of Chicago decor on the walls...which we loved looking at...and they didn't disappoint on the "look" Of the pizza...the cheese on the top of the toppings and cut into squares....sadly their thin crust is not thin at all...more of a hand tossed thickness, the sauce was good...not a great blend of spicy and sweet...but still good...but they saved it by using a truly delicious cheese... The service was great, our young server checked on us and was completely personable...not our first choice but not a loser in the pizza game either. read more

It had been awhile since we've been to Romano's - in the past the food was good - not the case on this visit. The highlight was the friendly hostess. Once we finally received our beverages we ordered the meatball appetizer (2 to an order) The meatballs were tasty. The sauce is good but a little too salty. We ordered 2 calzones - pepperoni and a meatball/sausage- and 1 margherita pizza. The calzones were drenched in butter or oil and very salty (see pics) The crust was overcooked and very dry despite being covered in butter YUCK! By all appearances it would seem like a couple pieces of string cheese were tucked in the dough and the meat fillings were quite sparse. Only half of each calzone was eaten because of the oil/ butter and lack of filling. Sauce was also salty. I also think the calzones sat in the kitchen for awhile before they made it to the table. Margherita pizza - toppings were good but the crust was awful! Bland and very dry. I just could not eat it. No leftovers for us. I love going out to dinner to enjoy time with family and share a nice meal. I am not happy that I wasted $80 on a horrible meal. Won't be back! read more

This place was on point tonight! We tried an array of dishes, the happy hour cheesy bread, some old fashioneds, an apple martini, kids cheese pizza, a custom thin crust pizza, manicotti and chicken Marsala. There were no complaints from the table everyone cleared their plates, in fact it was quiet, always a good sign. Service was excellent as well, all in all great experience. read more

This place is a vibe came down to the London bridge. Got a chance to see all the lights they had a band playing on Tuesday night, which was amazing came here with a big group. About six of us. Service was phenomenal. Our waitress was amazing. The food was spectacular. Lasagna was awesome Alfredo fettuccine was phenomenal. The beet and goat cheese salad was awesome. I hate giving a low star rating for anything but I have to in this situation. My family was in town for their vacation and they wanted to go out for dinner for Italian food. We made a reservation to try this restaurant for the first time and we were sadly disappointed. Our server was nice and friendly and we appreciated that!! The atmosphere is very dark and oppressive. More of a dark bar than a pizzeria or Italian place. We didn't feel comfortable. Unfortunately, not one person in our group was particularly happy with their dinner choices. I had their chicken Marsala and it was very bland and watery. Two of our guests ordered the chicken parmigiana and they were confused thinking they were served fried fish because it had a fishy taste. The minestrone soup was very (sour) cabbage forward, missing some of the ingredients. My husband couldn't eat it. I'm hoping they were having a bad night because my daughter has been here before with her grandparents and they like coming here. I am willing to come back to find out because I'm a huge believer in supporting local businesses and I'd like to be able to help. read more

Just dined here tonight with our friends and never again food is just okay but our friend ordered a calzone when he got it ate a piece of it and it wasn't the meat one that he ordered and the waitress came back and said do want the one your ordered to go and he said yes no big deal but then they threw it away and said they would give us 10 percent off What so we asked to To talk to the manager and he gave us 50 percent off ! Wow! We came across this place by accident and it did not disappoint we ordered the Chicago deep dish, mozzarella sticks, and wings. Everything was fantastic! The Moscow Mule, and old fashioned were made to perfection but what really made this restaurant great was our service! The hostess greeted us with a smile, the bartender actually walked our drinks out to our table and our waitress Amber was a vibe! She definitely picked up on our personalities and was a perfect fit! We ate here for the first time last weekend, and were very pleased with the food. It was ALL delicious. My husband had Seafood Alfredo (not on the menu, but they made it for him), and the alfredo sauce was among the best he'd ever eaten. I had Chicken Fettuccini and the sauce on this was also really amazing. We also had the Pork Deviled Eggs for an appetizer. Don't visit this place if you're visiting with a big group. We showed up on a Saturday evening and asked if they would be able to accommodate a group of 25. The hostess asked the manager and he agreed it would be fine. They sat us outside and not only was the wait extremely long but the waitress was overwhelmed and giving the entire party horrible customer service talking over people and being rude. When I asked the hostess that came by our table to give us napkins for a refill she snapped and said you can ask your waitress when she comes by. I went to Romano's for the first time on Friday. We wanted something different for dinner and a co-worker of mine, Kolleen Bookey raved about the food and atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and on top of their service. The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the "Big Kid Mac and Cheese" I added shrimp and sautéed mushrooms to it. It was AMAZING! So cheesy and so delicious. They gave a lot of shrimp and I was very impressed. My son got a personal pizza and that was delicious as well. It was a great dinner. We came here thinking that they would have tons of tv's with Bears vs Giants game with the sound On since they are a Chicago Bar/Restaurant but instead they had Seattle vs Lions game with the sound On requested by one person just drinking coffee. They did have other games on and only one tv in the corner with the bears game. We didn't get food this time but we got couple of drinks and quickly left after half time to the next place to watch the rest of the Bears game. The waitress was friendly and she did come to our table few times making sure we didn't need anything else. My recommendation is if this Bar wants to be a Chicago Bar/Restaurant please play the Bears game or any Chicago game with the sound ON or don't call this place a Chicago Bar. read more

I've heard good things about our newest Italian restaurant and turns out they were all correct. Our party of 5 had bbq pizza, chicken piccata and chicken Marsala. The bbq pizza was very tasty with lots of cheese and chunks of chicken. Both chicken plates had veggies and mashed potato sides. I had salad and GF had gnocchi pesto soup. I will go the soup next time. It was amazing! Our server, Jacob was chatty, knew his menu and well versed in what liquor they did abs did not have. We had calamari, garlic bread, fettuccini and manicotti. 1 ice tea and 2 beers. We never got our salads, the entrees did not come at the same time, and when I did get mine the top of the fettuccini was set and cool while the bottom was hot. My husband was already over half done with his as we didnt want his going cold also. We were told because of the fact we didnt get the salads and my dinner was half cold, it would be removed from the bill. When we got the bill it was still $107.00!!! We tried to get the attention of the waitstaff, waited 20 min, and as my card was already billed and there was only 2 on the floor we finally left thinking we would call. The number on the receipt is no good! It's some number for a bar I've never heard of! So diner beware! Our server was pleasant and much was not really on her. HOWEVER!, she did need help, and to pay more attention! And I admit, I should have waited more than 20 min to fix the problem, I guess. (20 min after a lousy meal seemed like forever ) Yelp and other media's well be hearing this also. NOT GOOD! read more

We went in the other night with a party of 14. It was our first time here . We sat for at least 15 minutes before we were acknowledged. Once our order was taken , it took about 45 minutes before we even got our salads and they came out 3 at a time . Dinner came out about 10 minutes later . One of our friends didn't receive her dinner because it was never put in . Our other friend ordered an appetizer that never came until the dinner came . Another friend ordered a thin crust pizza and got a thick cut one . It was a total disaster . We had asked for separate checks in the beginning and when they came they were completely wrong . It took another 30 minutes for the waitress to figure it out. I felt sorry for the server as she said she was pretty new. What I don't understand is .. where was the manager ? Why wasn't anyone supporting this girl ? Why would they give a large party to someone without helping her ? We go out to eat often and this was a disaster of an experience . They could have gained some loyal repeat customers if management would have helped this young lady . We won't be back . Disappointing . read more

Romanos? More like Ro-ma-no-no! This place is a disgrace to pizza everywhere. I had the pleasure of waiting a torturous two hours for my order to arrive, only to be greeted by lukewarm pizza. I had to call several times to see where it was at, to which I only got a "it's almost ready"each time. And don't even get me started on the price! $132 for two pizzas and a side of chicken wings? I've had better meals from a freezer aisle. And to add insult to injury, they couldn't even bother to include a side of ranch for the wings or provide parmesan cheese or red pepper for the pizza. As if that wasn't enough, the poor Uber Eats delivery person had to wait an hour for the pizza to be ready cause her to I'm sure lose out on additional income. We had the best Italian food ever. I had the Fettucine and my husband opted for the meatloaf. Wow! And the service was terrific.

So far the best thin crust pizza in Havasu. The manicotti is made on site same day and it's fantastic! Great service, with a sports bar atmosphere, which is okay. The place is clean and the staff very attentive and they actually work! I'm sure as this restaurant becomes more known in the community it will be harder to get in the door read more

Went here for dinner tonight and really was not pleased with the food. We have been here once before and were not overly excited about the food then either but they were pretty new then so thought we would try it again. It was me my hubby and our daughter who doesn't eat much so we decided to order two meals and split. We ordered Penne arrabiatta and tortellini's. When the food arrived the bartender (our sever) gave us metal pizza platters to eat off of. Very tacky. The tortellini's were pretty good but the penne arrabiatta was awful. It was spicy which we like but also very greasy and left an awful taste in the mouth. It was pretty gross. I ordered a lemon drop martini and it was awful too. Didn't taste like it had any alcohol in it. Had too much lemon juice. Needless to say we won't be going back. read more

We paid $44.00 for what ended up being a thick crust pizza that was raw dough in the middle and not a deep dish pizza at all. Very little toppings on what was just a pizza; not Chicago style deep dish. Go to Rosatti's and get a real Chicago deep dish pizza for the same price.
