Dirty atmosphere. Kids running amuck. Now the food. Pizza was worse than frozen store bought. Crust was hard and sauce was yuck. Macaroni bites were good but not many of them. Wing were good but we had to wait and wait then got them to go since they kept returning and saying "only 5 minutes more" multiple times. Oh man... where to start. First off, it's basically impossible to reach them by phone. After 20 minutes of trying to call and place an order, someone finally answered. To their credit, service over the phone was great -- prompt, attentive, super clear on when the order would be ready. I was told it would take about an hour and 20 minutes. When I got there, the place was packed (as usual -- no complaints there). Went up to pay and was told it would be another 20 minutes. Okay, fine. Got the order, brought it home -- the pizza was still hot, but I don't know what happened... did they change the crust?? It used to be soft and fluffy, and that's a big reason we kept coming back. This time, it was burnt, crispy, and honestly barely edible. If you like crunchy, maybe you'd be fine, but it wasn't what we came for. The house salad was basically a pile of lettuce, about 765 olives (seriously, so many), a handful of cheese, and one cucumber slice. No croutons, no tomatoes -- just sad. Our "extra crispy" wings were soggy and undercooked; we had to throw them straight into the air fryer just to finish cooking them. The ranch is still great, and the food used to be great too, but the last three times we've been, it's been mediocre at best. Probably won't be coming back. Really sad to see a place we used to love go downhill. read more

Great pizza, great wings and great prices! One of the best and most affordable pizza places in Havasu. If you're not into the kids arcade type of place, just call and order for pick-up or swoop on the few secluded tables tucked away next to the front door. Then you first walk in it's dirty and grubby looking... ash try full of cig butts and food! The Spot is very bright lighting... lots of kids...and the pizza in my opinion is average at best! the crust is pretty much tasteless... i had a Margarita pizza and it had chopped tomatoes that tasted funny and huge basil leaves... no oil olive that i could taste! Really good pizza and salad. Wonderful friendly staff. They have a deal for an individual pizza and drink for like $8. The pizza is more than enough for one person and they load the toppings. Just look at the amount of pepperoni on my pizza! Could not taste the sausage or jalapeño though, so had to take some off. Salad was nice and fresh. All in all, great meal and deal. There are just better pizza's in the world, which is the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars. read more

This place was recommended by a friend and I might have to unfriend them! Super cool walking in with lots of tables and an arcade area and good sized bar. It's a Saturday night and the place is packed so I assumed it was going to be great! Service was nice and welcoming but the place was full of kids running a muck and many tables still dirty. It was just too chaotic feeling. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza, wings and an antipasto salad. The buffalo wings were burnt and they put the sauce on the side which we did not ask them to do that. Salad was ok and soda is flat. Now let's talk about the pizza...the crust was hard and chewy, the cheese was salty and it just wasn't good. It tasted like frozen pizza. read more

Make the drive to Havasu from Carlsbad California once a year. We always end up at the breweries hoping there will be a decent beer and pizza to go with it but just hasn't happened. 7 years later we came in late when it was dark and went the wrong way on McCulloch and found this place called The Spot. Wish we would have found this place a long time ago as they had an excellent variety of beers (locals beers too). But they actually had a decent IPA much better than the breweries here in Lake Havasu and incredible food pizza and baked wings that could hold their own in our hometown. My only complaint would be the name. In this desert Town Oasis better describes this place has its stands alone. Come here for the pizza and try some craft beers from other areas of Arizona but the baked wings (I recommend ordering them double baked). Takes a little longer but easily worth it. In-house made dipping sauce finishes it off with has a five star must try location in Lake Havasu. read more

Wanted to try The Spot for years and finally got the chance! Walking through the front door is like stepping back in time. Nostalgia in me harkened back to the days of my childhood at Pizza Chalet. (A now defunct pizza/arcade place circa 1980s) We ordered a medium pie at the counter with pep, shrooms, sausage. Price for pizza and 2 beers, $25. Very family friendly place with picnic table type dining. The pizza... At first glance, the top was obviously undercooked. Mushrooms were shaved thin instead of sliced, sausage looked odd, like strange orange colored nuggets...probably bagged stuff from a food supply company, pepperoni bland and not flavorful at all, cheese was gooey and pasty. By pasty, I mean you could butter bread with it... creamy but literally no chew. I'm not sure what kind it was, but most certainly not mozzarella. The cheese threw me off. The crust was actually really good, thin, crispy and decent. The sauce was tomato sauce with strong oregano flavoring. All in all I liked the atmosphere and the vibe, but the pizza was not something I'd order again, a frozen store pizza would rival it. Very friendly people running the place and certainly worthy of a trip with the kids. I'm curious why people seem to rave about the pizza? I don't get it. If they used real cheese, fresh sausage, better veggie toppings and real pepperoni, this place would be it! Even the "Great Value" Walmart brand pepperoni would taste better. Pssst...
