    Adult milkshake fantastic.
    Ted R.

Unfortunately I have to lower my review I heard the ribs were good but not really for me. Way too much sauce and fall off the bone cremated. Loved the other day but what a disappointment Sauce way too sweet. The adult milkshake is fantastic as my wife drank her dinner. I will come back but never for ribs. Service good so 20% tip for that.

Tavern 95 must be good! It was super busy when we showed up on a Friday evening and looks like it's all locals! The place was popping and lively and tons of TVs with various games on. It has a bar ambience with plenty of high tops. We ordered the broaster chicken and oh my!! It's crispy and juicy and came out piping hot! It was also perfectly seasoned!! We also ordered the pesto chicken pasta and it was ok, maybe if it was with linguine, it would have been better. It also needed a bit of salt. Service was ok because our server pretty much had the entire restaurant! He was super nice and tried his best!

    leg and two thighs

Decided to try the broasted chicken. Ordered an 8 piece to go. Got it home and three of the pieces were inedible- the two thighs and one breast- burned and dry. The leg wasn't as burned but still very dry, the opposite of what broasted chicken is supposed to be. Very disappointed.

good spot to grab a bite and watch a game. Food was yummy and our server was so sweet!

    Pic#1- These are SPARE RIBS.

Tavern 95 manager tried to pass off Pic#1 as Baby Back Ribs. Don't fall for it! Called it to his attention and he stated that "the vendor sent the larger size BB ribs to us". He would not agree that he was completely in the wrong and offered nothing. Pic#2 are DEFINITELY Baby Back Ribs, and from another restaurant.

In visiting Lake Havasu, a local recommended Tavern 95 and we obliged. We went for an early dinner and the place was already busy and it had such a great casual vibe to it. There were four of us, each ordered something different and we were all very satisfied with our meals. Yes, as solid as a 4 rating can be for food. See pictures for our orders. The menu is ample, so being with a group will surely satisfy all kinds of cravings.

Well just spent 50$ and the chicken was burn to a crisp, cold biscuits, will never go here again. Ruined our night expecting good take out based on reviews.

That's my trophy for finishing lunch

Ask the Community - Tavern 95

Are reservations recommended on a Friday evening?

I would say yes just to be safe and depending on how many people are in your party. It usually just depends on how busy the town is on that particular weekend.

    Are dogs allowed?

    Yes, on patios.

Does Tavern 95 show Sunday nfl games?

    Yes we do!

Hello! Is Tavern95 taking any precautions against the spread of Covid19? For example, are staff/cooks wearing masks and are tables socially distanced?

Yes to both questions. Their staff members all wear face coverings and the tables are more than adequately spaced. Additionally there is patio dinning

We started with a small dinner salad, which can easily be shared between two people. The real standout, though, was the ranch dressing--absolutely AMAZING and worth dipping just about everything into. For appetizers, we ordered the spicy Wisconsin cheese curds and fried zucchini strips. Don't let the word spicy scare you off--the cheese curds aren't actually spicy at all, just full of flavor and totally delicious. Of course, everything was even better dipped in that incredible ranch. We also ordered the meat lovers pizza on a thin crust, and it did not disappoint. The crust held up well despite all the meats and was tasty from first bite to last. Pairing it all with cold beers made the meal even better. Service was great, and the atmosphere is casual and relaxed--perfect for an easy night out. Just a heads-up: you may have to wait for a table on weekends since it can get pretty busy. Overall, a solid spot for good food, cold drinks, and a laid-back dining experience.

We arrived just before 8:00 PM, sat down, and waited several minutes before being informed that the kitchen would not serve us because it was after 8:00 PM. I completely understand if the kitchen closes at 8:00 PM. What disappointed me was that we were already seated, the restaurant still had numerous customers, drinks were still being served, and no effort was made to accommodate us despite being right on the margin of closing time. As a business owner myself, I understand that operating hours and kitchen policies are important. However, I also believe that customer service matters, especially when someone makes the effort to come in and spend money with your business. A little flexibility in situations like this can turn a customer into a loyal supporter. Instead, we left and went to another local restaurant, where we had an excellent meal, great service, and spent over $130 including tip. If this is the owner's policy, then I respect that. If it was simply an employee's decision, I would encourage management to review how these situations are handled. Unfortunately, this experience left us disappointed and will only go to Nikos when other options are exhausted.
