    I want to thank Dakota for selling my husband his new 2024 Rav4; he did a Wonderful job on his second day at Romano Toyota on Bridge Street in Syracuse . He's not new to sales he has plenty of experience from other dealerships. Dakota was very good all the way through the sale from start to finish , both on the lot & in the show room he was never pushy like some sales associates can be. His follow up throughout the sales process was great ! Thanks again for everything Dakota!

Spoke to Joshua Rushlow, Service Director for the Service Department who argued over and over again that it was done right. Photo shows counter balanced wheels on one side with over 2 oz. He offered to have them rebalanced, only if I came back later (1 week). He didn't seem to care about my frustration and was unprofessional about the situation. I asked for my money back since I will not be returning, but he refused. People pay hard earned money to get services done, take time out of their days on multiple occasions, and it's sad this is how they are treated when it's done wrong. I expected much better from a "top" dealership.

I purchased 4 tires for my…read morevehicle and at time of purchase they said we will receive the tires in about three business days and we will call you as soon as we receive them to schedule appointment for installation, which can be scheduled for the day after we call you. they asked me to make the payment and I did. today is the ninth day since I made the payment and nobody from Walmart auto care called me yet and I have tried several times to call them . some times they don't even answer the phone and some times they pick up the phone and quickly say " auto care , hold on " and then they never come back to the phone and make you wait for as long as you get tired and hang up. this is my last time making purchase from these useless people who never fulfill their responsibilities. i will pay double price for auto care in other places if I have to but I will never ever buy anything from this place again even if they offer half price.

I had an issue during a tire change where they somehow punctured my oil pan. I had to get it towed to a shop that could actually fix this and it cost around 400 dollars. While I was waiting for the tow truck, I spoke with one of the supervisors in the auto area and he informed me they are insured by a company called "CMI" and basically told me "good luck" getting any results with them. He wasn't joking. I emailed this company for months and never received a reply (10+ emails). Every day, I would call and it would ring to the voicemail. Shortly after, I received something by mail telling me if I didn't claim the issue within the month they would be dropping the claim. The one time I was actually able to speak to an operator, I explained the situation and they hung up on me (I'm very friendly and would never act like a jerk to anyone on the phone). I would highly recommend supporting local business and not Wal-Mart who is clearly just trying to cut costs as demonstrated with this horrible insurance company they use.

    DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM RAMANO MAZDA - Especially if it's not a Mazda!…read more I bought a used car from Ramano Mazda back in March and it has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Just three days after purchasing the vehicle, the check engine light came on. I immediately notified the dealership, and instead of actually addressing the issue, they simply turned the light off. Unsurprisingly, it came back on just 10 or less days later. After getting the code read elsewhere, I was informed it was a completely different issue than what they claimed. That's when the real runaround began. Because the vehicle is a Volkswagen, Ramano Mazda said they couldn't service it and I had to wait for an appointment with their sister dealership, Ramano Volkswagen - which was booked out three weeks. During that time, no loaner was provided because Mazda said it was Volkswagen's responsibility and vice versa. No one wanted to take accountability. After WEEKS of back and forth, it turned out the engine gasket cap needed to be replaced - a repair costing nearly $5,000. Luckily they agreed to cover it, because this was something that clearly should have been caught BEFORE selling the car. But the nightmare didn't stop there. The car was STILL driving weird. When I brought it back, I was told it needed another $1,500+ worth of work - which they refused to cover. This included brake pads/rotors below 3mm, worn ball joints, loose control arm bushings, tire rotation, and recommendations for replacements. NONE of this information was disclosed and when asked they said they "missed and it slipped through the cracks." How this car supposedly passed inspection is beyond me. Either they overlooked major issues and lied on the inspection which is a lawsuit in itself or just didn't care. As a young black woman, I felt completely taken advantage of. No one took me seriously or helped me until I brought my step father and boyfriend into the conversation and they demanded resolutions. The level of disrespect, lack of transparency, and complete disregard for customer care is disgusting. I do not recommend buying from Ramano Mazda, especially if the car is not a Mazda. Once they get your money, they're done with you. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else where they actually stand behind the vehicles they sell.

    Bought a brand new Mazda 3 here in 2014, and nearly 200,000 miles later it is still driving…read morebeautifully. The key is to service it regularly, unlike many people who put it off or don't know about common things like rotating tires or changing air filters. I've always been treated well and fairly with the work they've done. My only complaint is that they are booking appointments about 4 weeks out these days. So, make sure you make your appointment a month before you need it. You can do this online.
