Made my first trip to Romantix this week. Very impressed. It was clean, well lit, nice lay out. I like the fact that you can try on lingerie that's NOT in boxes (except the undies of course). Curious? Is it a store that makes romantic stuff? haha... So I took the plunge and hit up the local sex supply store. I've been curious what was hiding behind those concrete walls, and the reasons why the building was so big. Well I found the answers to my darkest questions. I walk in and instantly smell cleaning supplies. This is a good sign. Everything was brightly lit, and in the sterile color of white. They had a nice supply of themed party supplies, lingerie, sex toys, magazines, and movies. They also offer a DVD video rental service with a couple options. The initial fee is $20.00 for a lifetime membership. This instantly gets you 2 complimentary rentals for 2 nights. You can rent more DVD's at the price of $2.50 each. They do have an on-site "arcade", and on-site couples private rooms. You can rent a luxury sweet with a huge flat screen TV with nice leather chairs for 2 hour intervals while you enjoy your movie. I'm sure craigslist casual encounters people will be thrilled to hear this. Hope this sheds some light on a dark little business here in Denver. Does anyone remember the Soup Nazi episode of Seinfeld? Well, apparently he had a sister, and she manages this store. I have been personal witness to customers being harassed and thrown out of the store for simply standing in the doorway too long or saying one wrong word. And now I was subject to being thrown out of the store for simply calling a product incorrectly by its wrong name. The very least the manager could have told me what to call the product and then sell it to me. I will give this store five stars for cleanliness, great products, and a wonderful arcade. But I will not standby and be subject to harassing behavior by the manager. If you must shop at this store, shop in the evening or on weekends when she isn't around. Until then: Romantix owners: get rid of this lady or you will eventually lose all of your clientele at this store. read more

My fiance & I went in this place for the first time, expecting just a adult sex store, as usual. Pleasantly surprised when we learned there were viewing rooms, both for couples and single booths. We rented a couples room for a whopping $10 for 2 hours. (Couldn't help but try it out at that price, and being that we don't live in Denver, it served as the perfect place for us to satify our urges before headed home!) Terrible customer service! I was sold a pole with missing pieces and when i asked for an exchange they told me there was nothing they can do about the pole THEY sold me that I can't even use. They told me I had to be the one to contact the manufacturer and i have to solve the problem myself. I wouldn't have this problem if they didn't sell payin customers already opened poles with missing pieces. Never shopping there again! Save your money guys read more

I've had better luck finding what we came for on previous visits but I'm really disappointed this time. Didn't stock the items we're interested in. The selection could be a bit better. Prices fairly decent. But completely out of my size. In previous shopping trips, The staff was friendly and helpful, also close by to assist and answer any questions we may have.
