The Bomb Head Shop - Great place. - Head Shops Near Me - Denver, Colorado

The owner is knowingly selling counterfeit 'high-end' products. I purchased what I assumed was an original Canadian made Arizer Vaporizer ($170). When I got home and opened the package I quickly identified it was a fake (made in Singapore). I returned to The Bomb w/the unused product requesting a refund, but the clerk simply said "sorry" as he pointed back over his shoulder at a 3x5 note card on the shelf which read, 'ALL SALES FINAL!'. After proving to the clerk this was a counterfeit device, he called the owner and I was offered STORE CREDIT, so I could presumably purchase more illegal and potentially toxic rubber/plastic equipment? The store continues to sell these counterfeit products at ALL store locations including Colorado Springs. This organization is a parasite to the Colorado community. Go somewhere else read more

I've been going here for all of my glass for ten years as well as referred all my customers that come into my dispensary, but the chick at the colfax store was so rude I will no longer refer or purchase here anymore, also I bought 4 $100 pieces in the last month and not one of them is still standing, but I still have 26 pieces large and small that have never broke, but those were from the previous suppliers so they have shit quality these days. Any good reviews are from people who don't know any better. I've gone in to this place out of convenience many times and everything I bought there turned out to be junk. Manager chick with glasses will be very rude to you and try to over charge you. says everything 75% off but really they will try really hard to not give it to you and overcharge you. Like people cant do simple math. When i finally got the 75% like the signs said she was very rude about its and tried to charge me 9 dollars tax on 44 dollar item. when i asked why so much they all just berated me for asking. My husband and I found the bomb about a year and a half ago. At first it was a great place to shop for glass. It's cheap glass but you pay for what you get. Lately we have been very dissatisfied with the service and what seems to be an increasing amount of young kids working at their locations. We also had the kid today try to up charge us by $30 on their enail that is clearly stated as $80 in the Westword. We went back today to try and give them one last shot but unfortunately it is no longer worth the cheap glass to deal with the yuppie ass kids that don't have any idea what a dollars worth. -Two very disappointed native stoners read more

DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM THIS SHOP. They buy cheap and counterfeit products for very low values, then mark them up excessive amounts and sell them to you with a seemingly good discount. Do not trust this store! The salesman will lie and tell you anything to make a sale. I purchased a G9 vape and a Tony Dabtana Vape. Both are worthless pieces of junk. The G9 vape barely heats up enough for a proper vape. The salesman at the store told me to clean it using a torch resulting it to break! It's brand new. They suggested the mod vape which now can barely hold a charge! When I tried contacting them about it they were rude and treated me like a liar! Refused just an exchange! They also post offensive memes towards women on instagram! (I.E. f*#% a wcw and others) They're employees are unprofessional and rude. Maybe if they weren't so busy posting videos of them dabbing inside the store all day they could actually help customers instead of blowing them off. This business is a joke! read more

My first visit to the store was excellent. Christian was very helpful and took his time to explain everything. When I opened the vaporizer at home my package had no user manual and there was none online so I called the store. I was told that the item could not be used described by the original sale guy. When I said that i'd need to return it he said there are no returns, even if the salesperson did not accurately describe it to me! Then the manager came on the phone and proceeded to imply that I was lying about not having a user manual! The also refused to explain how to work the not-that-complicated vaporizer or to give me his name. I called another location and a guy took 1-2 minutes to explain how it works. read more

Continuously dissatisfied, continually appalled at the poor service. I came here for one thing, an enail, the one they posted on craigslist was the digital, but they didn't mention that the lower price quoted over the phone was for the analog only model. That was really disappointing when they just buy these from china and make them up significantly. The guy behind the counter (young hispanic) told me I needed a new rig too, after I already drove across town for a price that wasn't even right. I let him know I do not need a new rig, I already have several. The kit that I unfortunately had to buy for significantly more money to have a modern chinese email of course came with a bunch of stuff that was completely unessesary, wax containers (never use) dab tool (already had a few 1 dollar chinese dab tools. A very cheap dorky case incase you want to take your enail somewhere else next to a electrical outlet. They did not include the advertised dab mat that was supposed to be in the kit. They must make commission, because this dude does not want you to leave without buying more. He highly recommended getting a drop down or a claim collector, and I was in a hurry so I decided to spend another 20 bucks on a 5 dollar chinese adapter. I had informed him this wasn't going to work with my rig but he was really pushy and I was kind of annoyed watching 4 employees stand around dabbing and not being able to come up with anything. I told him I wanted a quartz banger with a hook for my new enail, but he wanted more money for that so I decided to just try the titanium again. I had to return the drop down and the claim collector, as I had previously told the guy, they wouldn't work on my rig. He would not exchange them for a banger for whatever reason. He wanted more money! Even though THEIR ATM machine was down and I had to drive down the street to get cash to go back for something that should have just been given to me for all the other money I have already wasted here. THE 20MM BANGER DID NOT FIT THE 20MM enail coil that I had already bought. This is what happens with cheap chinese glass. It wasn't even a circle shape. It was too big for the enail and shattered just from trying to slide the coil on... So here I am... bunch of money wasted.. No customer service... looking for a new place to spend my money. Also: don't ever try calling this place, these guys are often too dabbed out to speak in any sensible manner. This small hispanic guy actually put on some sort of tough guy persona on with me on the phone because I could not understand him and his lake of customer service. DO NOT BUY A BONG FROM HERE! I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY A BONG FROM THE BOMB HEAD SHOP. I bought a bong last week from here. It was defective and had a weak glass spot. It broke while just sitting on my table, I believe due to the change in air pressure. It was the most bizarre thing, but I have friends that blow glass and know that pieces can be defective sometimes. I called the shop and they told me to come down and they would try to work with me. I went down there and Chris immediately told me, NO, and argued with me for a while, until he decided to try to sell me another bong for an extra $10 off. I am a small female. They have a sale right now, a 75 percent discount. The defective bong I got was $300, and I paid $75 for it one week ago, plus I got an ash catcher and stuff, so the total with tax was $107, and I tipped $5. Now, I have no bong and am out 100 bucks! These people will rip you off, so BEWARE!! Also, I almost purchased the other bong, but did not, because before I was about to pay, I saw a bong by the register and asked how much it was. Chris said it was broken. I asked why, and he picked it up and showed me there was a piece of glass from the bottom chipped off. He said they broke it.
