The staff at the front desk were the first people I encountered, and they immediately made me feel welcomed and cared for. Special thanks to Tracy! I would also like to recognize the triage and laboratory staff. Although I don't remember everyone's names, I truly appreciate the efficiency and kindness they showed during a very stressful time. Their work is essential, and their compassion makes a real difference for patients. I especially want to thank Physician Assistant Muno Sheekh-Nuur for the exceptional care, empathy, and professionalism she provided. She took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make me feel safe and heard. Her quality of care and genuine human connection represent the very best of healthcare. I left the ER with a deep sense of gratitude, knowing I had received the highest level of both medical care and human compassion. Experiences like mine remind me how fortunate we are to have such dedicated professionals at our beloved local hospital. Pushes his Medifast junk to patients losing weight on their own, accuses patients who have…read moreresponsibility used controlled substances as addicts, lied about a statement made by myself to a local pharmacy where a good friend just happens to work at (but he was not aware of that, or that I'd find out about his statement), just TOO busy to see a very long time patient with a significant acute medical problem, only wants patients in perfect health or who view him as a diety, does not know ANYTHING about mental health, very arrogant in tone and no ability to have a successful rapport with patients. DOES NOT LISTEN TO YOU, probably because he feels he has all the answers. Allergy nurses are nice though - I fairly give credit where it's due. I'd rather never get medical care again vs. going to this supposed "physician." Rome, NY has better medical providers - and several of them used to work with him but left abruptly.
