His work was so horrible that the residents working with the surgeon who saw me had them all come into the exam room to see what harm a bad surgeon can do. I've been told that I should sue but I'm not someone who believes in that... not right now anyway. I collapsed and had to be brought in. The place looks great, but all the money went for show, not care. Initial greeting was good, but then just ignored. There were many problems with the visit. I was there for over 15 hours. Said just wanted to hold me for observation then changed next morning to admitting with no reason. There are plenty of doctors roaming around to poke their head in to add a consultation without doing anything. The call button in my room was not working. Tried for 45 minutes to get help to urinate, no response. Nurse said she fixed button but still did not work when needed assistance later. Someone came in and asked for info and I asked her to get nurse. Ten minutes later, nurse showed up to turn off call light and walked away. She came back 8 minutes later, she said had to go elsewhere. Could not take 2 seconds to say be back, just felt ignored. A cute mobile x-ray showed up to take a picture. Why? I don't know why and how can you take a chest x-ray with all the wires and contact stickers in the way? These were only some of the problems until I finally signed myself out "against doctor's orders". Which doctor, I don't know. One of the ones breezing in and out for the consultation fee. I would not go back to the ER except to die!

By the way--good luck finding parking anywhere near CNY Cardio. This Dr ended up recommending a $50K procedure while my other cardiologist did no such thing. needless to say I am very active--i run and bike routinely so i find it very hard to believe this Dr. essentially hinting that I'm on my "last legs". I think it's about $. Do some online research and you will see that many cardiologists have been sued for profiting millions of $ from recommending unnecessary procedures. Feeling dizzy, sitting up getting dizzy, standing getting really dizzy, and almost passing out or passing out. I am on heart medication that my primary doctor prescribed me because my heart rate was over 100 beats a min. She told me we have to slow your heart down. It's a sign of pots. Well, Dr. Berg flat-out told me during my table tilt test that if I don't pass out, it's not pots. When I pointed out that not all people pass out from POTS, he told me he was the doctor, and he would decide if I have POTS or not. I was not going to go back to them, but everything has been getting worse. I saw Erin Smith, who was just as dismissive as Dr. Berg. She said that all my labs and stuff came back normal, and my heart EKG looks good, so it sounds neurological. Have I seen a neurologist? And when I pointed out that all my symptoms point to POTS, she just said she would stick a heart monitor on me for a couple of days. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. If you want to waste your money, go there, but I would get a referral to a different office out of the area.

Just a little prick of the needles, otherwise no pain. Her staff are wonderful too . Couldn't have asked for a better experience. X ray girl and finance person took such good care of me. Maybe if I had a marvelous dentist like this years ago I wouldn't have been afraid and let my teeth go.
