These are very important considerations when investing tens of thousands of dollars on a new roof. New roof installed 4/2016. Leaking significantly now in 2024. I called and the receptionist told me my roof was still under warranty. YAYYYY!!! But then Jonny (owner) called back and said it wasn't, because it's only for 5 years and not transferable. I don't have the original contract in hand yet, but have requested from previous owners, and will verify if this is true or not. Super disappointing when people don't stand behind their work. Furthermore, He refused to come out at all, even to give me an estimate to repair the leak. He ignored all of my calls. As a real estate agent, I will NOT be recommending this company to my clients. I recommend RESCUE ROOFER out of Manteca, who replaced four faulty roof vents and sealed everything up, for a reasonable price. Tim performed the inspection/estimate, and the repair all in one day! When I am ready to build my ADU later this year, I will be reaching out to Rescue Roofer for my roof. For reference, their warranty is 15 years.

Well, the day came & the local plumber backed out  last minute. I'm in full panic mode, it's almost New Year's, it's the weekend, the leaking is worse. Called 24/7 Plumbing again and Noel (rushed through his lunch) was here within 40mins. He was extremely professional and courteous, even went to get parts for our new heater, task took 2 hrs or so, hauled the old heater away and my husband and I couldn't be happier with his work.
