I'm giving them 5 stars, because they do deserve it overall, but one piece of (hopefully constructive) criticism I'd offer them is to be more clear about who is communicating with you through Yelp. I thought I was speaking with Marco directly, but it was actually Armando, who was very nice, it just threw me off at first. All in all though, the work speaks for itself, and the price was good. Since his team did such a great job, I had them come back for the other 4. They were able to do 2 in one day and the other 4 in another day. This team is very professional, very efficient, and very knowledgeable, even our next door neighbors were impressed by their skills. I was working from home both days and I was not interrupted. Miguel responds quickly at any hours of the day so it was easy to coordinate with him. As a busy parent, I appreciated that.
