From the owner: The Story of Upholstery Doctor LLC "From a One-Man Mission…read moreto a Global Luxury Restoration Empire" It all started in a small garage in Raleigh, North Carolina, where one man, Paris Davon Mitchell, turned his passion for restoring comfort, elegance, and design into a business that would soon become a symbol of craftsmanship and excellence — Upholstery Doctor LLC. At first, it was just the essentials — home furniture repairs, auto upholstery for headliners, seat redesigns, door panels, and center consoles. But even then, every stitch told a story. Every piece of furniture reborn was a promise kept to a customer seeking more than just function — they wanted luxury, comfort, and class. We moved from car seats to couches, from RVs to boat interiors — and as word spread, so did our mission. Soon, we weren’t just fixing upholstery; we were reviving entire experiences. Today — and Tomorrow Today, Upholstery Doctor LLC is not only serving clients in the heart of North Carolina but also preparing for a future that’s bold and borderless. We envision luxury warehouse hubs across the United States — and internationally — where customers can fly in their private jets or drive in their Rolls-Royces, Bentleys, Lamborghinis, and Porsches for full interior transformations.

Repairing a BMW can be outrageous and very expensive. A friend told me about this company and I…read morecould not be any more pleased! My convertible was not working. It would not go up or down. Let's take a look.. 1 customer service. The entire team was friendly and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied. They could not have done anything more to make me happy. 2 the job was done on time and the car was ready as expected. 3. Price. BMW is often referred to as BRING MY WALLET. Not so much. Research at the dealership was 3 to 4 thousand dollars more than what I was charged. Thank you so much. You need an honest dedicated team to work on your car, give them a call.

The car has a moonroof, so I knew the drains are liable to be blocked. But when I tried to open it, it backed up a couple of inches and jammed. Made an appointment with AI&T, then brought the car in. The very first thing I noticed is the shop is clean and very organized, impressively so. A couple of days later, they called back and explained what they found and gave me a price. Plastic parts in the transport mechanism had become brittle due to age, and broke into pieces which jammed it. They straightened everything out, including the interior slider that covers the moonroof. Because of their knowledge of so many cars, they replaced it with one from a newer model that fits perfectly. All around a great experience.
