My god daughter had her 2nd birthday here and it was amazing! The staff was so kind and so willing to help. They literally didn't want us to help with anything. As soon as we got to the parking lot they let us with a cart to unload and begin setting up. The facility was super clean and had lots of ventilation to make it cool and fresh. Run far away. Customer service is deplorable. I witnessed the white woman with a gold tooth talk to a toddler in such a manner that my jaw was on the floor. Based on previous communications with them that I found "off putting" I had already second guessed coming back but since I already booked, I decided to come anyways.. what I witnessed today including a quick overview of some of the "owner" responses to negative reviews solidified my suspicion that whoever runs this place needs a lesson on professionalism. If there was a way to rate 0 stars I would. I booked this place to have my son's very first bday party, y'all can imagine how excited I was since it had been planned for weeks. I booked a 5:30 to 7:30pm. Me and my family got to the place at 5:00pm to start unloading the food, snacks and dessert we made to celebrate his birthday. It was pouring rain. We were told we needed to wait outside because there was a whole another party going on until 05:00. The guests didn't leave until 05:10-05:15. At this point my hair it's all frizzy, my guests started to show up WITH NEWBORNS and it was raining. And we were STILL told nobody could go in until they "sanitized". Around 05:20 they finally let "mom and dad" in. I asked if my sister could come in instead of my husband since she was going to be the one decorating. They said no. She needed to wait 5 more minutes outside in the rain with my 7 month old nephew. Finally my husband gets upset and tells OUR family to at least walk into reception since we were 3 minutes before the "entrance" time. Then the staff proceeds to tell me that I can't have them inside and I need to tell them to go back outside for those extra 4 minutes or so. Excuse me what?! I am completely stressed out. More guests arrive and there I am, looking crazy, trying to decorate with everyone staring at me and my sister while we put up the balloons. It was embarrassing. When we're finally done setting up all the decor, one of the girls that works there tells me "so that I'm not confused", that they usually do cake and try to get everyone in one room by 6:35. It was 06:20. We had just got done decorating. They had nowhere to put up the piñata (even tho I went there 3 days before the party to make sure they knew I was bringing a piñata but somehow they had an inflatable in the piñata room). My husband ended up HOLDING the piñata while the kids pulled the strings. They sell in their website this "amazing birthday bash experience" well don't do it. It is not pleasant at all. The "energetic" staff isn't energetic at all, they were just starring at everyone looking awkward. They didn't "lead" any games. And they constantly "had to call their boss" to get answers. I wish I could get a refund for such a disaster. I am NEVER EVER EVER booking this place again. It is a total rip off. read more

This place is amazing! The staff are on top of everything, super friendly, and helpful. We had our son's first birthday at Romp n'Roll and he and his guests had an absolute blast! We visited for the first time during open play on a Sunday with my 9 month old and 3 year old. I'm rating purely on the experience- they had a blast. They ran around, jumped and played. This is a much bigger location than the former Harrisburg Location which closed during Covid. My two wishes are that they had more weekend hours - classes and open play. We'd be more likely to buy a membership ( husband and I work full time and live 25 mins away). Also wish open play was more like 1.5-2 hours instead of just an hour. Overall great experience and we'll be back. read more

My 19 month old had a blast! The tumble tunes class hit all expectations I had for my son. He loved having free play in the gym while music played. He wasn't so good with the more structured music time but the Teacher Izzy was super supportive and let me know that it is OK! He could run around and enjoy himself! They ended it with bubbles and a light show! My son was non stop and enjoyed every bit of it!! We will be back. read more

My daughter had a blast here. We came for their grand opening and it was amazing! The instructors were energetic, happy and so much fun. They told stories, played games, blew bubbles, sang songs and most importantly, just allowed the kids to be kids and run around and have fun!! We now have a year long membership and we'll definitely be back every week for now on. read more

This place is awesome!!! I originally booked this place so my daughter and I could have some time together this summer doing things that she'd enjoy. Little did I know, we'd love this place. My daughter can be very grumpy at times but they are patient with her. I love how they do gymnastics, art, and music. We also attend the Little Gym (TLG) but she enjoys Romp n' Roll more and it's at half the cost of TLG with more opportunities to play. It has also been giving my daughter much more structure and she's slowly getting used to the expectations. Which is why I also love it because she can attend more than once a week, unlike TLG. Our first class was rough but Savannah is slowly doing a bit better. So do not give up if your first class isn't what you expected...most moms and the instructors will understand. The manager is also very understanding and the staff does well with the kids. I have recommended this place to all of my friends. So try the trial class and be prepared to sign up!! The monthly rate is so low and affordable!! Update: We STILL love this place. We plan to cancel TLG membership and upgrade our Romp N' Roll membership. The open playtime alone is a great benefit in itself. The classes are always awesome!! I am still surprised at how cheap the rates are. Romp N' Roll feels so comfy and relaxed but with structure. It's hard to explain. But we feel VERY welcomed here and Savannah is always excited to enter once she sees the sign when we enter the parking lot. read more
