She answered and didn't even give me her name, I explained to her my situation and she didn't even ask me travel dates or time and she already threw out a number. Of course, I did some searching online prior to calling her and told her the rates I found and she told me to book online instead then. Additionally, my mother went to Vietnam within the past 2 years and got a ticket through them (my sister made the arrangements) and when I asked her about the VISA information to see if my mom's information was still valid she didn't bother to explain on how I could check she just told me to reapply when VISA either have a 6 months or 5 year expiry date. WTF? Hate your job much? I guess if you don't have the resources to look yourself you call them to get screwed.

For almost a year now we are trying to get their help with travel, but only get nice recorded message that they will cal us if we leave name and phone number. We are waiting for a call back for a year now. So now, I just need to understand how to get my money back, if I even have a chance for that. Wgould not recommend this service to anybody. It is nothing but trouble for you.
