NEVER use Texas Shuttle if you need someone to show up! I booked a month ahead of time for both my son and myself. We were flying into different airports. I received a message the night before that they couldn't pick me up. My son received his cancellation message while on his flight. Leaving people stranded is not good business for a shuttle company. From start to finish, the personalized attention to detail, and stellar customer service blew us away! First service-Our driver, Julie, arrived promptly at 5:25 for our 7:25 am flight. Return flight- To our surprise, the owner, Reginald, personally met us in baggage claim, loaded up our luggage, and escorted us to our ride. He was also well-dressed and very engaging. The cars- We had an opportunity to preview two different vehicles during our trips. The first was a black Chevrolet Suburban and the second was a Cadillac Sedan.
