I could not of been more impressed with this business. The owner hand delivered the McLaren I ordered and went over the car in detail with me. Then we had a fun weekend in Dallas for the game. Then the owner came and got the car. It was a flawless transaction and they were very responsive and caring at every turn. Their pricing was right in line as well. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I rented a car for 24 hour we paid a $1500 deposit. Turned the car in on Sunday on Wednesday we still have not received the deposit back. Call several times Kyle has stopped answering the phone. Customer service evade this company Kyle also like to hang up in your face. I have lawyers on reserve hoping I do not have to contact them. I will wait 2 more days for my balance/refund. They take your money quite fast but refund it looks like never. read more

LIFESAVER!!! I had originally planned to rent an exotic car from another location for my wedding but they canceled the day before without giving any explanation or assistance. Platinum Motorcars and the staff was there to assist me to get the car within 12 hours delivered to the hotel at a more reasonable cost than the previous rental place. The Lambo Huracan was the show stopper of the wedding and drove amazing when driving the bride off. We rented a McLaren 570s this weekend and had an awesome experience! It was delivered to us Saturday morning & picked it up Monday morning. Benny was enthusiastic, fun, professional, and a true pleasure to work with. He covered all the features of the car with us at delivery (but not in a painstaking and time consuming way - just enough to know we would be comfortable and enjoy the car all weekend). It was hard to tell who was more excited about our rental - us or Benny! When he arrived to pick it up, seeing him wasn't nearly as fun as it was when he delivered the car but he was still just as enthusiastic (his smile is infectious), fun, and professional as he had been on Saturday during delivery. He appeared genuinely interested in making sure we enjoyed our experience and was excited to hear how much we enjoyed the car. Will definitely look them up again for future "fun car" rentals! read more

I want to start of by saying that this is by far the best customer service I have ever gotten anywhere. I am a restaurant manager and obviously always expect the best anywhere I go but this place and especially Benny Black was absolute Amazing!!!!! And went above and beyond to help me and take care of exactly what I needed and more. I was surprising my boyfriend for his birthday with a Porsche 911 Carrera for the day, Benny had it personally delivered to my boyfriends house with an outstanding delivery method and once my boyfriend opened the front door, the message delivery was done probably better than what I could have done myself lol and my BF was amazingly shocked and amazed by it all. We had a great time and enjoyed the car until the next day and Benny himself came and picked up the vehicle from us and even gave us a few extra hours to enjoy which My boyfriend and I absolutely appreciated because of how rainy it was the night before. So not only did we have a breathtaking and astonishing evening but also got to enjoy the Porsche on a Sunday morning with beautiful Texas weather. I really want to thank everyone that was a part of this stunning experience and especially Benny Black for his great service and help. I was very upset and I didn't even rent a vehicle, I just called!! I called looking for a luxury vehicle because my car is going into the shop and I do not drive typical rental cars! I do have a child so I was looking for a car with 4 seats! I called and the man who answered the phone was VERY RUDE! I asked for a car with 4 seats. He stated I was calling a luxury car rental business. I stated "okay, do you have any luxury vehicles with 4 seats" (I knew where I was calling to, I'm not dumb) he stated "a sedan & they start at $500 a day" I said "okay, do you have anything for around $250?" He said "thank you for calling and hung up". This was VERY rude on his part & reflects badly on the business! 1. I wanted to confirm they did not have any small luxury vehicles as I hate sedans and I drive a sport luxury car right now (Maserati) 2. If he would of replied nicely (like a normal human being with morals and respect) I would of asked for a Maserati and rented that while my car was in the shop! 3. Thankfully I have the money and am blessed. But even if I didn't, you do NOT treat those that are less fortunate any different!!! I thought this was so upsetting because I assume he "thought" I was someone trying to make a lowball offer. NO! I wanted a small car not a sedan but he didn't give me the time to speak so their business just lost over $2,000 that I will take to Auto Exotic Rental or Exotic Enterprise!
