Except for one bad experience many years ago at a store in Cutler Bay, Florida... i have never regretted spending my money at a Men's Wearhouse. So after not buying any of the above type of clothing since June/July of 2019 due to covid and because i have tons of business meetings/conferences coming up, i needed a new wardrobe. I came to this Men's Warehouse in Lima because it was the nearest location to my home. Walking into this location, i have to say that it is the smallest Mens Warehouse location i have ever been inside and i have been to plenty of their stores in Miami. Do not expect a large selection here. Although i was able to find a good amount of the items I needed, there was a significant portion of what I bought that had to be ordered. Also, expect to wait while at this location. Its not fault of the staff either. Every time i have gone, i have seen the same two women working at this store... one of them being the assistant manager. They hustle! They work really hard and they give amazing customer service. They are just obviously overwhelmed. There is enough business/work here for their staff to be easily doubled or tripled. But these two take care of phone calls, alterations, tuxedo rentals, pickup from customers, purchases, orders, etc. Every other Men's Wearhouse i have gone to have at least 3 or more salespeople alone, along with a manager and one person handling the alterations. These two women are handling the work of like six people... and they do it with a smile. Still, be warned... you will wait. Besides buying clothing, i also had to have my custom suit altered a bit along with altering some of the clothing i bought... again it was done well so no complaints from me. All in all, its a great Mens Wearhouse. Considering the business it has... it should expand... both in size of the store, merchandise it has available and most importantly in staff.

I was impressed with the number of visible staff who were helpful. There was only one checkout open but it was a slow time. However when my cashier got involved with getting me a new store card, she spoke into her headset for backup so other customers wouldn't have to wait long. The relief arrived quickly. People are lined down the aisle way waiting to check out in the only open check out lane. There are boxes all over the place, racks are completely messy, honestly looks like the end of Black Friday in here. Employees are just wondering around looking like they're tidying up when they should be opening more check out lanes. I don't know if they don't pay people enough to get workers, but this is ridiculous.

Their women's selection is upstairs (not handicap accessible to my knowledge) and fairly large as well. Their prices are more than what you would pay at Kohls, but you're also saving the gas driving to Lima or Findlay and the customer service is hands-on. They'll help you find what you're looking for or, if you're shopping alone, provide input on your selections. I'd recommend going when you get a coupon in the mail. (Their clearance area does have some good markdowns). Also, I"m not sure if they still do, but they used to allow things to be brought home "on-approval" meaning you had three days to decide if you'd pay for it and keep it or bring it back.
