I ordered a pair of boots and specifically stated that I did not want steel toe. They measured my feet twice and still ordered the wrong size and the wrong type. When I called about returning them, I was told I couldn't return or exchange them, even though the mistake wasn't mine. The phone conversation got heated and I was hung up on. When I went there in person the next morning, they did finally return the boots, but the owner was still argumentative and unprofessional about it. The whole experience left a bad impression -- I wouldn't recommend this place based on how they handle their own mistakes. read more
