They say that the letter says if you don't reply by a certain date, its automatic. They make it difficult to remove the person and say that I have to prove that he doesn't live with me. Do not use this company. They add random people to your policy and hope you don't notice and just pay it. I wish there was a rating lower than 1 star, perhaps zero or negative one.
