Time management I arrived on time and there was bi extra waiting time. They Only scheduled one patient Each time. Dr review Dr. Lee is very patient and kind. He looked at my X-ray carefully for about 1-2 minutes and explained the X-ray photo to me. There was a small decay and he fixed it very quickly. Dr. Lee cleaned my teeth. They used face coverings which is good. He will never push you to get deep cleaning whatsoever. Just what is necessary for you. My neighbor has been visiting this clinic for decades. My favorite part about Dr. Chen being my dentist is how he remembers little details about me going to grad school, how my parents are doing, other things to show how he really cares about his patients well-being and how they are doing life. In my case, that's what I feel I have found. Dr. Bangsil and everyone in the office are awesome. I not only dislike the dentist because of some traumatic experiences that I have had in the past with other dentists but I have been told that I'm tough to work on because I don't use any meds for pain or while being worked on. I guess I just don't appreciate being told how I'm not the ideal client. Anyway, that is not the case with the office of Dr. Lea Bangsil. They were more than willing to work with me in a number of ways. I wasn't sure if they'd accept my insurance or have payment options. Ruby was amazing. She was able to help me get the most out of my insurance and to maximize my claim. She was so helpful. Dr. Bangsil and Lichelle, and other staff included, were so understanding of my anxiety and were able to calm me down by clearly communicating to me every thing that they were doing, how things were going, asking if I were OK, etc. It's hard to find someone who is able to maintain strong communication with you like that. I'm telling you, I definitely appreciate that. That shows me that this entire office is full of very caring individuals. I also met Larry while I was here. He always has a smile on his face and is super cheerful. I don't think you could meet him and not feel cheery too. He's very chatty. We tend to chat about food. LOL. I love it! I am currently in month 3 of wearing clear retainers (off brand Invisalign) here at the dentistry…read more I have worn 7 trays for 2 weeks each so far. The process through the first 7 trays was I show up to the office and they hand me my next pair of trays to wear, usually giving me 2 or 3 at a time. Ive been wearing them consistently and doing my part, so when I went into the office on June 16th, I was expecting to receive at least my 8th, 9th, and possibly 10th set of trays. They didn't give any trays and instead asked if I wanted to continue wearing the trays, I was shocked why they asked that question because my teeth obviously weren't shifted to be straight yet. So I told the office I wanted to continue. They then said they had to order the next set of trays, which I was already shocked by, since I went into the office that day, for the purpose of picking up the next set of trays, it should've already been ordered weeks before. It was Thursday (June 16th) and I told them I had plans to go to europe with family next week and said can I get them expedited so they can get to me early next week. They didn't say they can expedite it to me. So I was patient, I called them a week later on Thursday (June 23). Then they said it may be 2 to 3 weeks, blaming the retainers company. I explained to them that my family was now in Europe but I was still here waiting for the retainers. Now we are on Tuesday (June 28), I went into the office and now I'm being told there is no timetable on when the retainer will be coming, no shipment date, no communication. So I put off almost 2 weeks of a family vacation just to hear them tell me they have no clue when the retainer will be in when they could have told me that original Thursday on June 16th. I asked again if they can expedite it to me and now they said they can if I go to Europe, but when I asked originally they didn't say they would. I am super disappointed in the service and extreme lack of communication that cost me the majority of a trip with family because they couldn't be straight with me from the get to. I was never reached out to once to be given an update, I had to call every single time even though they told me they would call me back with an update. They led me to believe I would get them back way sooner and now we are at 2 weeks of waiting and no timetable of when I will get my next pair of retainers. I've also been wearing the same retainer for 3 and a half weeks and it's broken into 3 pieces now and we can't do anything. If this review is updated to higher stars, it means that the service was improved after, if not, this review stays the same.

He took one look at my mouth and did not do anything to evaluate and see if my pain is related to the crown or my gum. He just said I have to go back to the original prosthodontist. Because he would be liable if he touches my crown. His stance does not make any sense to me. What if your original doctor moves out of the area?
