I saw Dr. Justin. The whole process was so seamless. They figured out which type of insurance I needed to get to ensure full coverage and got pre-approval. I just called in once they said I was approved to schedule. Came in, and had the cleanest root canal (I've had 5 at other places). No pain during and none after! I had an issue where the filling on the tooth for which Justin said I needed a crown came out. For this I will concede that Justin was right. This doesn't mean that my feeling towards him has changed enough to give him a better review considering the other tooth's filling came out twice, uncomfortable experience with him tryin to pressure me into getting my biopsy, and most importantly, the unnecessary pain inflicted on me due to his heavy handedness. This review 4 star review is for Ron, the father of Justin. Having my filing come out, I went back to their office again under the circumstance that Justin not be my dentist. They obliged and I had the pleasant experience receiving Ron's care. He is must more experience and his bed side manners are as good as it gets (5 stars). The only issue I had, causing the 1 star reduction, was the pricing for the crown. His office offered me a courtesy 25% discount on what they normally charge, and that was still really high. If you're thinking of trying getting work done here, ask for Ron. You wont be disappointed. read more

My last visit to the dentist, early March 2018. Entered with a smile left with a bigger one. Because dr. Nichols and staff, with their experience and comfort they allowed me to experience no numbing use needed. He proceeded with drill and all and I sat there shocked, he knows when you'll need it, and when you won't. I didn't even request a towel to squeeze. They have extracted my fear of going to the dentist, I've had for more than a decade. I've only the regret that I have not taken care of my teeth as I should. I recently brought my grandma to see Dr. Nichols and Dr. Justin for a dental emergency and they took such amazing care of her! They were very accommodating in working around our schedule, made the procedure so easy and even enjoyable, and grandma couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. Justin treated her like his own family member, so caring and patient. Both doctors have so much experience and compassion; it's obvious they are honest and just want to take good care of the patient. Dr. Nichols has decades of experience and Dr. Justin seems to be on the cutting edge of everything.
