Here are the main issues I had: -There is now a large dent on my rear bumper that was not there before. Now I have to pay to replace the entire panel. Erik, the owner, does not want to assume responsibility because "his employees said they didn't do it". Yeah, seems believable. I know for a fact the truck was moved on an almost daily basis and parked on the street because Erik has so many cars backlogged, he doesn't have room on his lot for many customer cars. I wonder how a dent could happen which this brilliant system in place? -This entire process took nearly double the time estimated with Erik putting many walk-in appointments ahead of my vehicle. At least two weeks went by after all of the parts had arrived before work began. There are cars on his lot that have been there over six months with no work being completed. He said that he prioritizes vehicles based on how badly the customer needs the vehicle back instead of the usual "first in, first out" approach. Sure makes me feel special! -Several parts and labor time was added on the final invoice that I did not approve. I paid it, regrettably, because I wanted my vehicle back after having spent over triple the time waiting on it as originally promised. -The power mirrors do not fold in. I paid for the mirrors to be installed properly and they were not. -The headlights do not turn on and off automatically. I paid for proper installation of the headlights. -The grille does not line up with the hood. The panel gap is off by at least 3/4 of an inch. It looks terrible. I paid for the grille to be installed properly. -The stitching on the dash is damaged. It was not damaged before. -The front sensors were not installed in the front bumper. I expected this to be part of the install for the front bumper. Now the parking system does not function. I took the truck back to Central Import for an estimated five days so that these issues could be resolved. After TWO WEEKS had passed with several texts and calls ignored, Erik called me to inform me he was done working on my truck and to come pick it up. He was extremely rude and said he did not want to work on it anymore and hung up twice. He called me a liar and used several profanities. To my dismay. I discovered absolutely no work had been done in the two weeks at their shop. What a spectacular waste of time. I would not take a Hyundai Daewoo into this shop with 500,000 miles. It's disorganized, overpriced, and absolute chaos. Not to mention, unprofessional. I don't think anything has ever been finished on time in the history of this entire operation.

To fix a taillight on a Pontiac Vibe is pretty much hells on wheels! I made my first appointment; however, I was not able to wake up on time last Saturday. Instead, bobby, the mechanic and owner, had me come in today. Again, I could not make it on time (no it is not because I like to be fashionably late!) I ended up coming in at 10:30 a.m. and he started working on my car at 11:30 a.m. Man was it a journey! He fixed. I sat there watching t.v. in the office. He worked. I sat there watching t.v. at the office. He worked. I sat there watching t.v. in the office. He broke a sweat trying to use process of elimination on the wiring and I strained to watch the t.v. It was a fight to no end without either end giving in. OMG!! Finally, after 3 and a half hours, he finally got a spike out of my car. The tail lights were now working! Of course, this was all labor intensive, but he made me a good deal. He cut an hour and a half labor to work on my car and so the total was $159! (This is also were I thought to myself "DAMN SON, MECHANICS MAKE BANK! After hearing doctors and lawyers make $50/hr.!) Now usually in situations like this, I like to tack on a tip (throw money at people); but I am bat crap poor right now (probably because I eat out enough to do reviews on Yelp, 50% of my income). I am so poor, even California's debt, would be an improvement. LOL! I paid the bill and now I am street legal, at night, again. YAY!

They said I had a belt broke, that I was metal to metal and then quoted me almost $500 for the front breaks and rotors. I called my normal automotive place and they said $258 for front breaks and rotors(that price was the highest quality ones). I get to my normal automotive shop and I was no where near metal to metal (they showed me), I DID NOT have any belts broken or that needed replaced, and I only paid $109 for front break pads and that's with a 3% credit card charge! On the bright side, HRS customer service is great but probably because they are just wanting to con you out of your money.
