We called AAA at 4:00 PM and requested that they send someone to change it. It was 15 degrees, I'm 73 and that's what I pay AAA for. Even though their Agent Danielle tried repeatedly, no one responded. We were finally told after repeated calls that no one would be coming and it was now our problem. By now it's 8:00 PM, dark and even colder. Luckily we found someone locally who came out and changed the tire within 20 minutes. I will be canceling my membership forever. Update: I was told by the last AAA agent I talked with to submit a request for reimbursement for the $50 I spent to get the tire changed. The 'Sub-Contractor' that showed up arrived in a timely fashion but he only had Gasoline and didn't have a tank for diesel. He murmured 'They know I only carry gasoline'. He called Reliable Roadside to let them know they needed to send someone else with diesel. He said they would and that they were on their way and apologized for the confusion. Over 30 minutes go by and I called my insurance company to find out THEY NEVER dispatched another delivery nor did they call my insurance provider for a follow up! So now I have to wait another 40 mins for another Vendor to show up. Just terrible service and extremely poor communication with this company.
