To his credit, the attendant checked everything he could to find my appointment. The best he could offer was to have them on Monday. Were I off work, that would have been fine, but today was my free day. That's why I scheduled the appointment for today and that was the expectation. Now my time has been wasted and I still don't have tires. This store has been a problem for me on more than one occasion, but this was the last time I will give them an opportunity to disappoint. The man who appeared to be the manager repeatedly mentioned honesty and transparency, but the pricing and communication I experienced were anything but. A truly honest quote includes all labor, fees, and additional costs upfront, not surprises after the fact. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the manager was dismissive and uninterested in addressing the problem. That response made it clear that customer service and accountability are not priorities at this location. Meineke advertises honesty, transparency, and customer satisfaction as core values, yet none of these were evident during my visit.
