Couple points to make here. Plain and simple, these guys are honest, fair, didn't look for other things to upsell me on, just troubleshooted for the issue and got me back on the road ASAP. Long story short, something as simple as a radiator cap which was defective and losing pressure, was replaced, fluids were topped off, and I was able to get back on the road with just parts fees and a diagnostic fee. He was very condescending and unprofessional when I called to inform him that there was no improvement to the vehicle after I picked it up. He charged me more than double what the parts actually cost and that is without any discount that I would expect a shop to get on parts. He also charged me over $300 for his initial diagnosis, which was wrong. I have since purchased the tools and parts to diagnose and fix the issue myself. In the end, it was not a problem with anything Allen mentioned. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
