We were referred to this amazing Dental team, by the business that we were temporarily renting a home from. My first visit, i was in need of having a crown glued back on. It had popped off, thankfully I didn't damage it...but Dr. Liu put it back in place quickly. This was my first time meeting this wonderful team at HCFD. I've also had two dental cleanings in our first year and they also spotted two very small cavities that I wasn't aware of, as I typically get 3 cleanings a year and take very good care of my teeth. Both cleanings were done by Susan...who is very pleasant, gentle and sweet. :) The fillings were just done today, and they were quick, easy and painless (so small, they didn't require any numbing YAY! Hence taking proactive care before they got worse, it was a simple procedure). I was in and out in 25 minutes!!! Dr. Liu was extremely gently and explained the process as he completed the task. Every staff member was genuine, kind and professional. I am very impressed by the professionalism of this staff. They all go above and beyond to ensure that you are comfortable and don't experience any pain. (No one truly likes dental work, but this team is wonderful!). I can't say enough about this practice and I appreciate each and every one of them! The office is gorgeous! It is beautifully and professionally decorated...a very relaxing atmosphere. The minute you walk through the door, you are greeted by Savannah, the front desk administrator, who is top notch in knowing exactly what treatment you are there for and helpful with all the questions and details you may have. I highly recommend this business if you are looking for Dental Care. WARNING: The original owner moved & they no longer provide the same level of service & care! After…read moregoing through two appointments where they failed to apply glue to my retainer properly, they refused to fix it & insisted I find an orthodontist for the simple procedure I've never had an issue with from anyone else. The first instance they burned my mouth with the glue, which has never happened to me before any other time over the 16 years I've had my retainer worked on. The second time they applied glue to the wrong tooth on the wrong side of my mouth despite me being very clear on what was needed. Afterwards they gaslit me instead of acknowledging and apologizing for their mistake and argued with me about which tooth they had worked on last time when I know what happened in my own mouth! After consulting with an orthodontist I was told this procedure falls within a dentist's scope and they should fix their mistake while I'm searching for a new dentist. They refused to help me even though I pleaded with them to relieve my suffering due to the tension from a retainer that they haven't glued in properly. The whole reason in came loose in the first place was due to them being overly aggressive with it during a cleaning. I've never been treated so poorly by people who are supposed to take care of patients in my life!

Text reminder said 3/23/23 @ 6pm. Their office is ab an hour drive from my home. I arrived at 5:30 as I knew I'd have new patient paperwork to complete and the office doors where locked. The cleaning lady told us they were closed on Thursdays. Not sure why they scheduled my apt on a day they were closed. So the review is for their scheduling as I've yet to have my cleaning or an office visit. ​I've called and left a voice mail hoping someone would call me back today to reschedule or explain the mishap but have yet to receive a call and when I tried to call them no one answered.
