She's patient and persistent and 100% on your side. If you EVER need a periodontist or implant dentist you MUST do yourself the favor of seeing Dr. Britten and the people in his office. As a former Registered Dental Assistant i was in total shock. It took the doctor less than two minutes to extract it. I insisted my husband call back and he spoke to the Dr who agreed he had been overcharged. 2 months later the Dr Pikos will not come to the phone despite 5 or 6 attempts to speak to him. No refund has been given. I am going to file a complaint with my insurance company as this is quite poor business.
