She informed me prior to the actual work as to what would take place. The information was good and helped in keeping me in a calm state. When Dr. Oh entered, I was ready and relaxed. From my point of view, I think the actual removal of the old crown and replacing it with the temporary crown went smoothly, Dr. Oh took the time to show me what the old crown looked like and the fact that a part of the remaining tooth had to be removed because a cavity had developed.
