I have been using this cleaning company for years to help me with my very cluttered, messy single…read moremom apartment. The team is always so kind, helpful, accommodating and does such a thorough, beautiful job! I have not found cleaners that would make my place sparkle so well with such great attention to detail. They provided me calm and support in the chaos of a busy life. After I had to move across the country for a job, my elder mother had a fall, she had to be taken to the hospital by emergency services and was there for weeks. Being across the country and needing help I knew I could trust Shanna, Mariana and the team. But I didn't know that they would treat me like family, and give so much love and care to my moms place while she was away. I didn't know what they would find but I knew the apartment was in bad shape. Shanna and Mariana did such an excellent job, communicating the situation, working through the logistics and giving such care with every detail so her place would feel like home again, I really don't have words to describe how grateful I am to them when I felt so helpless and emotional. It was beyond knowing I could trust them, it was truly like have the support of family. Thank you all so much! I wish there was more I could do to show my gratitude.

I reached out to this company through Yelp for a project quote and specifically explained that I…read morehave fragrance sensitivities and needed to confirm accommodations before booking. Initially, communication was responsive. I was told what services were included and that the day I wanted was completely open. However, when I mentioned I needed to call back before confirming, I was suddenly told availability might not remain open, which felt somewhat high pressured. When I called back, I was informed I needed to sign a waiver related to my sensitivities. I completed the waiver promptly, but I never received clear follow-up confirmation to finalize the booking. I followed up later that same day and again over the next two days by phone, but received no response or update. I completely understand if a company decides they can't accommodate a request, but losing communication with a potential customer after having them complete paperwork felt unprofessional. A simple "we're unable to move forward" would have been appreciated. Their pricing was also on the higher end compared to other companies I contacted. I ultimately hired another cleaner who had excellent communication, respected my fragrance sensitivities, and did impeccable work. Sharing this so others, especially people with fragrance sensitivities or accommodation needs, know that communication may be inconsistent.

Chris at FlexTax has been my tax advisor for about three years now, and I can't recommend him…read morehighly enough. He's incredibly thorough and detail-oriented - he double and even triple checks everything to make sure your return is accurate and that he has all the right information. He's also very responsive and flexible with scheduling, which has made it easy to fit tax meetings around a busy workday. Chris really shines with more complex situations. He specializes in startups and equity compensation (ISOs, RSUs, etc.), as well as investment portfolios, so if you work at a startup or have a more complicated tax situation, you're in great hands. He takes the time to walk through everything, explains complex issues clearly, and makes the whole process feel much less stressful. He goes above and beyond by looking at prior years and making amendments if necessary to put you in a better position for future tax years. I originally started working with Chris based on a friend's recommendation, and after three years as a client, I'm very glad I did. If you're a startup employee or founder, or anyone dealing with equity and investments, I highly recommend Chris at FlexTax.

This firm went from exceptional to completely unprofessional overnight…read more I stayed with them for years solely because of Sam, who provided outstanding service. After the ownership change, it's clear that level of care is gone. What replaced it is a rigid, impersonal system that treats clients like transactions rather than relationships. They failed to notify clients of a major policy change regarding tax extensions until just days before the deadline--putting me at risk of non-compliance. When I raised concerns, their response was essentially: "This is our policy now, and if you don't like it, go somewhere else." No accountability. No attempt to fix the situation. No access to leadership. Just scripted responses from a support team. For a firm that benefited from years of loyalty and referrals, this is an incredibly poor way to treat clients. Avoid. UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO OWNER : Your response proves my point. After years of automatically handling my extensions, you changed the process right before a deadline, offered no real support, and told me to pay $240 or figure it out myself. Had I not followed up, I could have been penalized -- and now you're trying to turn it around and frame it as my fault by calling me "not engaged." After years of loyalty and referrals, this wasn't a transition -- it was a downgrade to a transactional model.

Justin really gets you results. He is a fantastic life…read morecoach and counselor! I was battling with a 'sense of failure' as a father/husband/person due to what I thought was from financial pressures and a lack of empathy, accountability with my was breaking down my relationship with my wife. His counseling experience and deep knowledge of behavioral therapy identified a possible 'Complex Relational trauma response' disorder that my wife showed signs of displaying. Justin helped me understand her trauma response and how I was reacting to her issues with my own issues which triggered her fear, abandoment, frustration, mistrust, and gravitation to conflict which induced my own defensiveness reactions and anger. He provided me with my own personal tools to deploy on a regular basis. These helped me be nice to myself and appreciate my purpose and that I was actually doing my best to improve myself and provide love most importantly. Some of those solutions and tools such as meditation, mindfulness, self awareness/development created personal behavioral changes and coping strategies I now feel better about myself . A relationship tools I really liked was his own self developed 'Oh-Five-X Repair Framework' ( a one page document) which has provided us ability to create a safe place for trust, healing, and recovering from past trauma and experiences in our relationship and personal pasts. I've developed a deeper understanding and awareness of myself and Justin's actionable tools and strategies are much more than what most other life coaches or counselors can deliver. Its his ability to land these strategies/tools on point and get you to understand how to employ them to get better/improve/develop yourself With this guidance I've noticed I've become more empathetic, less reative and more self caring so my family can continue to heal, and our relationship and welfare of ourselves beniftis our family. Justin gets change happening and you get great value for your time and while gaining a true caring friend and an exceptional life coach in your corner.

I was in counseling with someone else when my father passed away. The sessions--which were missing…read morethe mark to begin with--became even more painful, and eventually I left. I knew I needed a different conversation and began searching online for someone new. I found three possibilities. After speaking with each of them, I chose Justin. I am forever grateful that I did. Justin was exactly what I needed: a skilled and compassionate listener, someone with deep experience and literacy in the grief space, someone who truly understands how cataclysmic a significant loss can feel. In particular, I appreciated Justin's use of various frameworks that helped validate and contain many of the difficult thoughts and feelings I was experiencing. Just as importantly, he saw and honored me as a complicated person with many different parts. He encouraged me to recognize those parts myself and to approach them with curiosity and respect. Justin also takes a humble bow to the unknown--to death, and to the depths of sorrow that can accompany profound loss. His presence during some of the most devastating moments I shared with him was a gift. Around seventeen months after my father died, I began to feel different. More integrated. A little stronger. Better able to look back and see just how broken open I had been, and how much I had changed. As filmmaker Ken Burns has said, the half-life of grief is infinite. I still feel it. But I cannot deny that I have learned a great deal, that I have grown around my grief, and that I continue to do so. The grief remains, but it has softened. Could I have muddled through on my own? Perhaps. But how fortunate I was to have Justin alongside me for this part of my journey. Although our work together was largely focused on the death of my father, we touched on many other aspects of life as well. My sense is that if I had come to Justin during a completely different chapter of my life, he would have been just as helpful. If you are considering working with Justin, I would not hesitate. Just do it.

I cannot fully put into words what it was like to experience the physical and emotional devastation…read moreof a life-changing accident. In an instant, everything shifted. I was left not only trying to heal from serious injuries, but also facing a legal system I knew absolutely nothing about. The uncertainty was overwhelming. I feared I wouldn't be treated fairly or receive what I was entitled to as a victim simply because I didn't understand the process. Finding Azadeh Malek Ahmadi changed everything for me. From our very first interactions, she became the steady, trustworthy presence I desperately needed. She took the time to walk me through what to expect, explained each step clearly, and made sure I was prepared without ever making me feel uninformed or vulnerable. At no point did I feel taken advantage of or exposed because of what I didn't know. Instead, I felt confident and reassured that my best interests were being protected. After an accident that altered my life in a matter of seconds, I had very little emotional bandwidth left. Knowing she was handling the legal complexities with skill and integrity allowed me to focus on healing. She advocated for me in a way that was thoughtful, strategic, and aligned with my specific needs and goals. Now that I'm on the other side of the process, I can say without hesitation that I had representation I trusted completely--and still do. Given all the ways this could have gone, I am incredibly grateful that I was guided through it with care and strength, achieving the best outcome possible under my circumstances.

I had just about forgotten that I had even contacted him, when he reached out to me and left a voicemail. I can honestly say that Robert Cheasty has singlehandedly been the most helpful person that I have spoken to in the past few months, and believe me when I say I have reached out to countless attorneys. Not only did Robert Cheasty stay on the phone with me for over half an hour, he was willing to give me advice despite not being able to take my case. Robert referred several others who might have been able to help with my case, and was later available for some more questions that I had. Robert Cheasty has shown more compassion and understanding than many others in his field, especially since he did not simply 'blow me off' because he could not take my claim, like many others have. Much gratitude.
