Amazed! If Yelped had a 10 star rating system Ronek's would get them plus more!!! A family member got ill in my car and the following happened.. vomit.. urine and sad to say popped in my passenger seat..I was freaking out because of the smell and staining of these fluids.. I requested quotes from different Mobile Detailing companies and Ronek's stood out.. they literally had no bad reviews.... NONE I contacted Ronek's and Pedro responded within 15 min of my message on Yelp! I was getting quoted from other places about $195 to $250 due to the nature of the fluids in my car, which 100% understandable and I was prepared to pay. Pedro arrived to our home and told us what the process was in the full detail. $150 flat fee price for a job that was well more like a Royal Treatment! My car is smelling clean and looking brand new. Pedro was super nice and friendly. Responded to me right away and always stayed in touch. Him and his partner worked very quickly. Made sure we were happy with our service. We came out to see inside of car and showed him a couple of things and he spent more time making sure we were happy. My only complaint was he was supposed to show up at 7:00am and he showed up at 7:45am. Price was right compared to other quotes I got. He detailed the inside for $80. Most other places quotes us at over $100.00. Would definitely call him back. read more

DO NOT GO TO THESE GUYS. I initially left a 5 star review because these guys were BEGGING me to post it; the owner even texted me a reminder the day after to post one lol. I initially sent them a picture of a scratch for a quote, and they quoted me $500. I was getting quoted $1000 everywhere else, so I thought I'd go with these guys and save some cash. Biggest mistake ever, you get what you pay for. I reached out for more information and was told to drop off the car and would be ready in 4 hours. After I drop it off, I Uber home and around an hour before it's supposed to be done, they call me saying they need to keep it another day. I told them not to worry about the dent AT ALL and to just paint it, and these guys tell me that they spent most of the time trying to fix the dent. Lol.... After calming myself from their stupidity, I told them I need the car by tomorrow noon, because I have a work meeting to attend. They said okay and will even drop it off at my workplace. Great. So I Uber to work as well, now spending almost $50 in just rides, and I call them at 12 asking where they are. They say they need more time. Now I miss my meeting and I'm just curious. I constantly ask them for updates and they don't reply until the time it's supposed to be delivered. I told them 3:30 AT THE LATEST. These guys show up at 4:30 and give me a car with yellow buffer scratches still on my rims and an ENTIRE spot not even painted properly, which I didn't notice in the beginning when I got my car back. At this point, I was just happy to have my car and I paid them and they left, telling me that if anything still needs to be fixed, to just reach out to them. After a week, I notice that a huge spot wasn't even painted properly so I text them for a week straight asking if they can fix the minor area they forgot to. They go ghost on me. Never go to these guys. Cheap job, cheap quality, cheap people. They'll make your lives harder than necessary. Spend a couple extra bucks, avoid these guys. read more

Just had my car washed today and it was amazing!!! I found this company on Facebook and was a little skeptical since I just randomly picked them but I'm more than satisfied. I don't know if it's a woman thing but getting my car washed is not a priority.. lol but I usually spend 20 bucks or so. With this service I set an appointment and he arrived at my house on time and ready. I got to relax in the comfort of my home while my car was wash and vacuumed. He even offered to vacuum out the trunk but I'm a mom of three so you can imagine how my trunk looks but I appreciate the offer. I had a 930am appointment with Ronek's this morning. Pedro and his buddy (forgot his name) were very prompt. They actually arrived a half hour early. That was great for me considering I had somewhere to be. They were very friendly and respectful and got to work right away. They didn't mind me looking over their shoulder a bit to double check certain spots I really wanted them to pay attention to and if I wanted or needed them to revisit a spot they did without hesitation. They provided quality work and even offered me a jump as my car wouldn't start after completion. Once we realized it wasn't the battery he offered his assistance later on today if needed once time freed up. That goes a long way with me.
