Quick delicious stop for vegetarians and vegans traveling along I-40. The SPRING ROLLS are the best ive had in Arkansas and the owners are really friendly! I had the stir fry vegetables and tofu in brown sauce. Tofu is thick cut but good n crispy on the outside. There are a few more veggie options so you definitely cant go Rong! read more

Disappointed. Potstickers, (dumplings), were so freezer burned, not cooked in a pan till the liquid evaporated leaving a soft dumpling with a brown crispy side. They were white, and cracklely. No brown, lovely side. Crab Ragoon, (cheese wonton), pockets of a cream cheese mix, folded over into a triangle, that are then deep fried. These appeared to be precooked, frozen, microwaved. This was our first time ordering from Rong and it's pretty good. I ordered Hunan Chicken, Double cooked pork, fried dumplings and cheese wontons. It was ready for pick up in 15 minutes. I will definitely order from here again. read more

Food: Second time dining here, this time we dined inside. We ordered Sweet & Sour Pork, General Tso Chicken and appetizer of Cheese Wontons. Our entire meal was served in under about 5 minutes. Everything was piping hot. (One downside is that they don't have iced drinks, just bottled Pepsi products and bottled tea and water.) The wontons area called Crab Ragoons at other restaurants and there were 8 of them. The fried rice is very tasty and hardly greasy at all, I enjoyed my dish very much. Neither of us could finish our entrees and got to-go boxes. The total for the three items and two drinks was just under $23.00. (For people that remember, the food is very similar to the old Forbidden City that was in Park Plaza mall) Service: The dining room is on the small side so service is very attentive and direct. We were the only people when we arrived and the entrees came out very quickly. Another couple arrived as we were leaving and their food came out just as quickly too. The food was very hot and was served on plates with silverware. The staff was friendly and attentive. Atmosphere: The dining room was quiet but with a few people I could see it getting a bit loud. I did mark that it would be good for groups, but not big groups of 10+ because of seating. There is some outside seating out front too. Rong is right. I normally order 2 things the 1st time I go to a restaurant. Sometimes, you just pick the worst thing on the menu. I got Singapore Chow Mei Fun. It was one of the most bland dishes I ever had in my life. I also ordered some beef dish. Sorry, this was pre-covid and I don't remember exactly what I ordered. Probably something spicy. The beef was spongy. I lived 2 years in Germany, Thailand, The Philippines and Okinawa, Japan. So I don't have the normal American palate. This was just "not good!". read more

We ordered from here for delivery. Was told it would take 45 minutes and I was ok with that since we did have a pretty big order. The driver surprise me and arrived in only 25 minutes. Our food was excellent. Best pork fried rice I have eaten in ages (You could actually see and taste the scrambled eggs). The good was HOT when it arrived. We've been trying out different Chinese take out to find one we really liked. I saw this on the map for our town and thought we'd try it after being disappointed in other places we've tried here. It's definitely a hole in the wall and was extremely cold inside (it is winter) and they don't have a good display of the menu. Definitely more of a place I would take out than dine in. Eating area is a little sketchy. The staff wasn't exactly cordial either. The young man that took our order acted like we were interrupting and we felt rushed and the older lady/cook that came out completely stared stoned faced at us when we smiled a greeting/hello. But the food was the best Chinese in the Conway area that we've had. I just wish the rest would've been better. Will probably get takeout again after we try other places, but the atmosphere and staff are what's steering us away. Like I said. Great food! Three Stars = Average. Middle of The Road. Not The Best, But Not The Worst. Adequate. Decent Portions but.... Average Flavor and Authenticity. Then again, This was My First Visit. Not happy at all. Chicken pad Thai was what I ordered and it was nasty. I called to the store and the lady manager acted as if she couldn't hear me. Then said it's supposed to be made that way and was not interested in replacing it for something else. I will never EVER go back. read more

So i called them to get a delivery and the VERY RUDE woman that anwsered the phone was arguing with me about my address and said they will not deliver to me but MULTIPLE TIMES A WEEK their delivery vehicle passes my house and delivers and so i do not think its fair that they can deliver to my peers on my road but not me... also my husband went into the restaurant a few weeks ago and the egg rolls were cold and the soup had hairs in it.....
