Was looking forward to this based on reviews. I was skeptical when we pulled up, but based on reviews plus it being fairly clean inside decided to pick up the food we ordered online. Food was disappointing. We got 2 orders of chicken lo mein, we ate one between 10 people, the other landed in the trash. The order of fried rice lacked flavor but got eaten. and we ordered 2 beef dishes that each were half eaten, tossed the rest. 2 orders of the crab ragoon were good and did get eaten as well. Needless to say, $80 later everyone is still hungry. We wont be back or recommend. read more

For the first time I tried this Cheng's Garden . We ate the lunch menu and had kung pao chicken, shrimp with broccoli, and chicken with garlic sauce. All 3 meals on the lunch menu were very good, clean and the shrimp was deveined very pleasing. Our lunch was out in 5 minutes. And service to go I did not have to wait . For those who pass by this little place you should give it a try .we will be back. read more

First time back in a very long time & heard it's under new ownership. No more drive thru so I went in to order take-out. Small dining room is clean & nicely decorated. AC working well. Fresh food was done quickly maybe just 10 min. I ordered H&S soup (expecting single serve), Crab Rangoons, & Shrimp Stir-fry Rice Noodles. Soup was family size, chocked full of ingredients, & flavorful! Rangoons were sweet just the way I prefer. And the noodle stir-fry was plentiful with some shredded vegetables & medium sized shrimp, maybe a tad bland but I'm new to the dish & just love shrimp & rice noodles. Enough food for several meals! From the outside, this place is not very appealing, but once you step in, you'll find a friendly and attentive staff and amazingly good food. We had the Mongolian beef, curry tofu, egg drop soup, and rice noodles. The Mongolian beef was some of the best I've ever had, and the rice noodles with steak, chicken, and shrimp were very tasty. The atmosphere is quiet, and while this place is probably more of a to-go option, we will happily dine-in again soon! read more

Ordered the fried tofu with dipping sauce and that is exactly all you get, a plop of tofu on a plate...nothing else for $10.95. It had zero flavor, it was like chewing a wad of flavorless mush. My shoes stuck to the floor and had to be peeled off with every step. The waiter didn't speak English very well, when asked what was in the house tofu he said "I don't know...house tofu" Solid answer my man. The food was delicious. I do love children myself but, the child running through the kitchen and dinning area while eating cake treats might be off putting to others. There was no one eating in the dinning room, but there was a drink half empty on one of the tables. It seems to be a clear your own table style, so I'm guessing they only check after a large group. Be aware no food allergen information in English was visible. The menus has very little English describing the items. If your unsure of what an item is the clerk was having to explain them. We had a pleasant experience waiting on our takeout order. It would have been nice to have a background sound of some kind. The pictures showing the menu are still current and reflect most items we saw . New place is an old gas station so parking is minimal if they become busy.
