The owner of this business seems to be a rather nice person, but seriously needs to rethink who he has representing him when he may or may not be in the office. Upon my first face to face encounter with one of Ronnie D Longs staff members a Hispanic women that was "Obviously" not happy to be there, in the first place, made me feel like I was some sort of hardened criminal, and barked at me that if I didn't provide no less than 5 references She would be phoning Up the local authorities and I would be arrested and go right back to Jail. I provided the names required but I didn't have everyone's home addresses and phone numbers along with cell phone numbers. Again she barked oh well looks like your gunna be going back,to Jail. ( real reassuring for someone who's spouses to be on your side ) so states Mr. Longs website advertisement. also stated I have nothing positive to say. This bondsman also requires that until,your court date one must call in on EVERY WEDNESDAY to check in ( make sure your are not fleeing) I don't have a prob with that, but he needs to stick a pin in the bubble heads that take these calls and REFUSE TO CHECK YOU IN OR EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU CALLED IF THE CUT OFF IS 1730 or even 1800 and you callrior to cut off time and they say. nope too late. You have to call between xyz-xyz time? I mean seriously, I thought Cops let their jobs go to their heads, but please, Ooooo I have the authority to Not log in someone who is obviously following protocol and just because little Ms.Fathead Decides that it's past the allowed ck in window time you are logged as a no call high risk individual. And then they send out blanket reminders and notifications to these references on the reference sheet. These people don't need to get letters and notifications that this person is possibly on the run just cuz little miss ( I have a phone job ) so im gunna throw my weight around decides that she won't accept your check in phone call . All the while it was within the allotted time frame to begin with, I mean get a freakin life. And I'm not exaggerating she actually started yelling at me. Mind you I wasn't calling late or after cut off time. She just felt like not checking me in and let me know about it. What a loser and , honey if that make you feel validated you have some real issues. Anyhow, Ronnie I think you should have a chat with a few of your staff members, because their behavior certainly does NOT fall into the category you are selling on your advertisements. When you are arrested go to Jail, upon release you look to your Bondsman as an Ali Not someone who threatens you every step of the way that " OKAY LOOKS LIKE YOU GOING B A C K TO Jail. Especially for a simple BS charge of no ID. I MEAN C'mon. I guess if I was a known Serial Killer flight Risk being unconventional might make more sense but these employees failed compassion training and have let a small amount of authority go straight to their heads. read more

Rude service , never checked me and other people I knew in(basically stealing money). I have a recorded phone call of them telling me I didn't call in 4 months which is 120 days plus even thought I have multiple recorded calls and caller i.d. EVERYONE knows that if you don't call within a month they drop your bond so obviously they lied about not calling in 120 days Lord knows who else they hustled out a pretty penny. The last call he told me have fun in jail after he knew I called them out for lying . And what's funny is my charges were dropped for proving I was innocent.
