The owner's lack of respect for other people's time is shocking. They made me spend seven hours on paperwork just to tell us they weren't interested. I wish I could give them no star rating. It's important to understand that their loved ones are in jail and suffering. Instead of helping, like they say they do, they only care about themselves. It's wrong that we had to do seven hours of paperwork when they could have told us in a five-minute conversation. There was no reason to make us wait that long. read more

These guys are the real deal. Toni in particular was honest with me as opposed to all these other bond companies and tried to get the bond covered BEFORE he took my money. He told me exactly what we would need to qualify AND!!!!! I showed up at like 8:49 and they close at 9 .but he went through the whole process even though he should have been off work So the next day toni wasn't there, ( I probably kept him up too late the night before) but the other guy pushed us right through the process and 15 minutes later my husband was being processed. They are honest, quick, knowledgable and laid the terms of the bond we were signing out in black and white. I highly recommend these guys to anyone that has a live one incarcerated in Dallas Texas. Took our $$$ early in the am...they delayed throughout the evening to file the bond with no explanation and no one in charge to explain the delay...we were forced to go back the following morning as they were unable to refund our $ when we requested (since they weren't following up on their end). They will accept $ at all hours but when it comes to refunding they only refund during limited daytime hours. After delaying our refund we went down the road to Cowboy bonds. read more

Maverick bail bound is a rep off. How do you need 2 cosigner on a $1500 bound. $180 to bail out , but then they added a extra $145. WTF . Always ask questions before putting up money. Call around first. I would not referrer NOBODY to maverick and that Anthony guy have a smart threaten mouth. So unprofessional read more

Very statisfied at first. Joshua( i believe was his name) was very helpful and funny. Later on in the day got a call from them asking for more money, no problem. The next morning my husband was supoosed to be released we went to the jail to ask for him. An officer there told us his bond had bearly been posted "half an hour ago" seemed weird to me since i was told since the night before that the bond was posted and evrything was good. They had no explanation for it. (Only thing i didnt like) But other than that everything was good. Very friendly people. Their manager Carlos, very good guy, friendly helpful and upfront. read more

Wouldnt recommend nor do any business with these people,gave a price then after paperwork was done a totally different bill.not including having to do more paperwork then a car loan.which also took more than 14 hours to get done.after waiting 12 hours for a release which was filed in AM still having to go back and still deal with BS! after calling multiple times regarding why the stall but no good answer.sad to say having done this few a times knowing this not how this goes.*note just cause cheaper doesnt mean better...2 thumbs way down. read more

So two of my knuckle head kinfolk decided they were smarter than the law and got a free ride to Lew Sterrett. I bailed out one, and my uncle bailed out my cousin thru another place.
