He had the balls to tell me that if this went well, he wanted me to send my girls from my car group over to him. I was excited. I showed up the next day to a sketchy gas station to find nobody there. I called and got no answer. I called again, and left a voicemail.... I never got a response. So I went to J&J car wash and detailing in Dunn where they got me in immediately and had me out the door looking great for half the cost. And certainly less sketched out. That appointment was for today, 5/19/2025 at 12:30. It is now 2:00 and no one has shown up. I've called the office twice, went to voice mail each time, left name and number - no response. Sent an e-mail 40 minutes ago - no response. Do NOT recommend Prime Time Mobile Detailing! I will be working on getting a charge back on my $50 deposit. After posting that... drove up to Harris Teeter for some dinner fixings around 4:15. When I got back home saw a van sitting in front of the house and a guy talking to my wife on the porch. Seems he was the man from the detailing company. He apologized for the "miscommunications"and said my appointment was shown as being at 2:30. There was no "miscommunication!" I had received several texts from Prime telling me my appointment was, in fact, 12:30. I had also called them, as stated above, twice as well as emailing. The was no "miscommunication" - there was an absolute lack of communication on their part. And even if my appointment was at 2:30, it was now 4:30. I told the gentleman I would be having the work done by someone else and had already gotten my charge back from the bank.
