Brough a picture to the store and within minutes and just 13 dollars later I had what I need with the proper instruction and boom... clock was hanging after just 30 minutes of making the changes. The folks I speak to are always right on the money and if they don't know the answer, they find someone who does. The employees here refuse to help you with making copies of keys. One employee saw me standing at…read morethe key section and didn't say anything to me until I started touching the machine and then she said to me "the sign says authorized personnel only", so I asked her "is there anyone who can help me?" She told me to go to the self service machine and follow the instructions. So I go to the self service machine, but the key selection is limited compared to the ones they have in the key section and the keys are double the price. So I ask another employee if they could assist me with copying some keys. They said they would contact someone to come help me. No one ever came to help me and another person who was also asked for assistance. I'm not sure what's the point of having a key section if you're just going to tell customers to go to the self service machine.
