My Air Suspension system was, what I thought malfunctioning, and in need of a replacement. They ran a bunch of diagnostic tests, and determined there was nothing wrong with the air suspension at all. They could have charged me anything, yet chose to be HONEST! They only charged a reasonable diagnostic charge and sent me on my way. However, when arriving to pay and pick up the car, $200 more was added to the bill for the service that was initially part of the original quote price. Needless to say, we voiced our disapproval and left. They explained this is not how they built their reputation and promptly refunded our credit card.
