I just wanted to leave a review for my tow truck guy Kenny , he made sure I got help I had somewhere to sleep by getting me a hotel with his own money introduces me to all the people at the shop that are nice as well. The guy over presses on everything, and if you don't show receipts, he will definitely double the price. Not to mention he will assume you're making his mechanic so, he will try to write up a bill for you. That's double what he's charging. Do not trust this guy. read more

The owner was so kind he took my truck…read morein on a Friday at close to close when I explained that I had just got my truck back from a shop it was at that did not take care of it properly and that I lived all the way in south Florida and couldn't make it home in the trucks current condition. He and his team took my truck even though they were booked out and about to close and got me back on the road!!! The whole team is great not to mention they really know what they are doing and pride themselves in doing a great job! If you need anything at all diesel related this is your shop!! There's other places we can take our trucks to, in the same area, that would do the same job in a couple of days. Please stop telling customers "definitely tomorrow" when it will take 7 days to complete service FOR AN ESTIMATE. Also, $1,800 for a 18 mile tow is plainly stealing money from consumers. I called around and got three separate estimates. The most expensive out of the three came in at $300 for the same towing distance. As a consumer and business owner, I recommend finding an alternative around the area. We found someone else who was able to tow the truck and trailer and provide the repairs for 45% less than the estimate we were handed.
