From the moment you walk into Zatsarina, you're met with kindness and professionalism. The inside is sleek and showcases all of Gina's talents. For my personal tailoring, in terms of a unique situation, I needed sleeves from a jacket placed on a spaghetti strap dress. Then, I needed a bustle added to my dress, tulle taken out of the bottom layers, and a slit added. The fabric of my jacket sleeves were very delicate (covered in beads); and I needed someone who I could fully trust. She delivered. She even hand placed matching beads in spots that were naturally not as crowded, to match the rest of the jacket. Additionally, she hemmed the sleeves of the jacket, so they were perfect. For my bustle, I wanted something that did not create a large bump around my butt, and the way she made the bustle was perfect and almost invisible. (My train was LONG, when bustled, you could not tell there were 14 buttons to make this possible.) It was so easy to connect everything- she showed my MOH a video how to do so too and even encouraged her to record it, which was super helpful dua of. my sister (MOH) was able to do it within a few minutes. Gina's work is perfection. She met with me multiple times to make sure everything was perfect and even provided directions on how to steam the day off. Also, Gina makes custom wedding dresses! Pros: attention to detail & skill Overall, my dress fit perfectly & everything held up. I would highly recommend zatsarina fashion, specifically gina for your most important tailorings. Most places wouldn't have been able to do that, but Zatsarina's really came through. My first fitting was on August 24th with a second scheduled for September 18th and finally a pickup for October 4th. Gina was so efficient and diligent explaining what needed to be done (take in the shoulder straps, hem, bustle, etc). My first visit was thorough and she explained everything perfectly. All of the alterations would come to $800 (as I had bought off the rack at another boutique). When I came in for my fitting everything was looking great and only a few minor tweaks needed to be made. All in all, a great experience. There was a bit of a hiccup at the end when it wasn't fully ready for my pickup and still needed to be steamed. They made it work and were able to finish it while I waited. I didn't entirely like dealing with her husband but Gina was EXCEPTIONAL. She suggested a video on how to bustle which was super helpful for later. As I mentioned, I had a difficult request with such a quick turnaround time, but I'm so grateful for how everything turned out and how Gina was willing to help and deliver such high quality service.

Stan Yocius helped me and my bride immensely by choosing the perfect color match for the bridesmaid dresses by bringing out the swatches of what they have. We brought the dress with us to make sure. The tux I chose was amazing and reasonably priced. They have the slim fit style as opposed to the classic look where the pant legs are blowing in the wind. Lol. The moment I put the pants on, I was sold. Stan, who's been in the business for 30 years, fitted me perfectly for my tux. With a few measurements of my chest, waist, arm and leg length, he chose a 38R which was exactly the jacket size I wear. He knew my neck shirt size without measuring even though I was unsure, it's 15 1/2, with a 32/33 shirt which was a perfect fit. I'm 5'8" and 157 lbs. I set up an account for my groomsmen to be fitted at their convenience and have complete confidence that he will fit them perfectly without my presence. Also there's no additional required charge of $15 like Mens Warehouse/Jos A Bank for incidental damages. I will definitely come here again for my formal engagements that require a black tie event.

They've since moved down the street, into the small, 3-store building next to the Apprehensive Patient. Everything is organized by color, and they have some wonderfully unique pieces. I've never heard of the majority of designers, so it's a great way to expose yourself to some lesser-known but equally-fabulous lines. When the weather gets warmer. their selection of swimsuits is super cute! Their shopping bags are also a soft, reusable plastic-type material, and a soft pink color. Honestly I tried loving this business I really did! I got my mom her Mother's Day bracelets here…read morewasn't informed that they come in different sizes as much as she loves the bracelets she can't really wear them as they're small and cut off her circulation. My daughter looked upset and said every time nonna wears her Mother's Day bracelets she has to take them off because they leave a mark on her wrist (meaning too tight!). I went and got a friend of mine a gift however she wasn't a fan of the bracelets and I tried returning them the next day the girl was very sweet and lovely she was extremely apologetic that the sales person the day before didn't inform me that they do not accept returns. She let me speak to the manager that basically told me get something else or a store credit. I picked bracelets for myself which I really liked! Had to pay for an extra one which was fine of course the girl was a doll!!! She told me their bracelets are a lifetime warranty and if there's any issues they will exchange no questions asked. I have these bracelets since June 1st and they started to loosen up a bit I stopped at the store today and the sales person asked if I have a warranty and if I didn't sign up for one it'll be $10 a bracelet to take the beads out, and they only do it 3 days out of the week. Again I was misinformed they're eager to make a sale and will do anything in their power to get you hooked to buy from them. The prices are pretty hefty as well, and some sales people are rude and nasty. If you have an issue or need something other than making a purchase you are wasting their precious time (the store is always empty). I do however love that they have a large selection of Bible inspired quotes to choose from, and a ton of stones to choose from and each stone has a powerful meaning. I'm sure Etsy bracelets will be cheaper if not the same but the seller will be so appreciative and happy you purchased from them. As much as it pains me to write a review about this specific location and it being a Christian faith based store their practices and business aspect defiantly isn't very Christian like. Take your business elsewhere. I'm sure you will be appreciated as a client spending all that money!!
