The owner saw this too and personally went to the distributor in Houston and selected a sample that was a perfect match. Very great service and attention to detail. Took it to Discount Tire and they recommended taking it to Absolute Wheel to see if they could fix it before having to fork over $400 to replace the wheel. Guys were awesome and very professional. When we arrived they checked the wheel, confirmed they could fix it, and did it while we enjoyed a movie in their waiting area and got all the love love from the adorable French Bulldog in the office. The only drawback is now my boyfriend really wants a Frenchie of our own LOL Highly recommend!

We were stressed and unsure how we'd get back on the road the next day. Terrence responded promptly and came out quickly despite the late hour. He thoroughly assessed the situation, explained our options clearly, and reassured us that he would take care of it. Instead of leaving us stranded, he went above and beyond. Returning the next morning he took the damaged tire back to his shop, sourcing a brand-new tire of the exact same size, and balanced, to install right there in the hotel parking lot.
