Black vinyl exterior and interior were paid for, but they pulled a bait and switch - gave me white interior vinyl that was cheaply spray painted black. All are scratched as vinyl is not made to be painted. Owner denies any problem and I'm out $8000.00 deposit after more than 6 months. Initiate lawsuit and filing a criminal complaint for fraud. I searched all stores in my area and could not get what i needed without a long wait time. I called 84 Lumber in Winder and was able to speak to salesman Riley. What a blessing he was!! He informed me that he could get delivered it to his store in a week. I drove 46 miles one way to meet him in person to pay him and meet him in person. His attitude and understand of my need, (especially after waiting 6 weeks for a delivery that was junk) he sent me an email of confirmation of the expected delivery date. After placing my order 6 working days later, I woke up to find a email sent from Riley that my order was delivered that morning. I immediately drove the 46 miles one way to pick up my order. What a relief it was to finally be able to complete my project. Riley's personality and assistance showed me he cared about my need and about my purchase. From now on, as long as Riley is the salesperson at this location, I will be purchasing my large lumber needs from him. 84 Lumber whatever you do, keep him as your employee!!

The sales person Charlie met with me and took the appropriate measurements, was respectful of my time, and gave us plenty of options. Their professionalism was what sold me on the company--they were not trying to upsell me, or overcharge like other companies would (one other company gave us a 3 hour sales pitch and quoted 20k for the same six windows). Universal gave us a reasonable price and didn't take up unnecessary time. Eugeniy personally ordered the windows to the custom measurements, and when they arrived he brought one to store so that it wouldn't be damaged in transit. He had recommended that we install a new window in our exit door and it was the right call--that entire area looks much improved! The installers were prompt, professional, and the end result was clean, precise, and expertly done. Eugeniy himself came to check the quality of their work and made sure it was done to his standard before receiving the final payment. It is difficult to know who to trust with these projects--if you're looking for knowledgeable professionals who will meet your budgetary and time constraints, with great communication this is the company you want to go with.
