You never feel pressured to buy and they certainly don't upsell. They have mattresses here for every budget. A natural mattress may cost you a bit more, but it's a worthwhile investment. We ended up purchasing three mattresses on our visit, including two for our children. The sales guy here was pretty much juggling attention to multiple customers and he did it well. The selling point here is that their mattresses are priced lower b/c they come direct from the factory and therefore no middleman. Therefore they don't have sales or offer discounts. They said they're better than Beautyrest b/c their mattresses are double-sided - therefore you can rotate/flip the mattress for longer life ... they average 10-17 years. Apparently brands like Beautyrest became one-sided about 10 years ago. I asked about their take on the Leesa mattress - he said they have less foam to fit into the box and also a shorter life. Delivery is $50, and can be delivered w/in 2 days.

When my guy arrived, he was told by The Dump there was Fresh Damage to the Bed. My wife and I drove down to the Dump the next day, because we couldn't get anyone on the phone. Once we arrived, we looked at the Damage and we were given substantial discount. We were scheduled to have the Bed delivered the following Tuesday by the Dump, no call no show. Rescheduled for Thursday. No call no show. My wife and I drive back down there, the Salesman who we dealt with seemed so disinterested in our Situation, so my wife dealt with the General Manager Curtis. Unlike our Salesman, Curtis seemed genuinely concerned and he and my wife worked out a deal where we eventually got 51% off the Bed along with the $300 delivery fee being Waived. We LOVE the Furniture in the store, but I'm having a hard time convincing my Wife to go back. Excellent Prices, I just hope Curtis hires more dedicated salesman like himself. I would Definitely Give a 5 to the Store, but a Zero to the Salesman and Customer Service. With that said, I settled on 3 Stars.

Granted it was a weekday afternoon but it was pretty dead, to the point that we wondered if there was some other entrance where more cars would be parked. Definitely some dodgy characters hanging out in the parking lot but hey it's Atlanta. The inside is pretty expansive but there was no air conditioning (it was 85 degrees and sunny out) and the commercial fans that were blowing were not sufficient for either cooling down the place or countering the off putting smell. It kind of reminded me of a used car lot. No two things the same, creepy sales people lurking about. It was also extremely disorganized... we were checking out couches but they are scattered throughout the store along with the rest of the stuff. There was one $6k couch with stains on it. Many of the pieces were dirty or stained but weren't discounted enough in my opinion. I'd rather buy something from Rooms to Go or another proper store even if it costs more.
